I have returned to New Car Contract this year after my first car lease with them 3 years ago, and having a great experience with Andrew Witt. After having a rather shaky start my experience this year with another staff member, being promised a delivery date that was wholly unrealistic, and chasing for updates constantly, I thankfully was able to deal with Andrew Witt again. Andrew took full responsibility in helping me change my order, apologised for my experience and has kept in constant contact. I wouldn't order a lease car with anyone else. Thanks for all your help Andrew truly appreciated.

Nothing was too much trouble when we asked to amend the quote for different mileage / term. I am very happy with my experience with New Car Contract (NCC). From the start of the leasing process with the deposit to the arrival of my new Golf GTD, they were faultless. I needed a car asap and was a little worried before my initial call, as I had never leased a car before or knew anything of the process...but Andrew from the Sales team explained the whole process step by step and was very helpful. He got me the car I really wanted and sorted all the paper work out in a few hours. NCC was also cheaper than other companies I saw online and had the vehicle in stock. This was important to me as I had to wait only 3 weeks roughly to get my Golf delivered compared to 3 months as quoted by other companies. I would also like to say the NCC delivery team was excellent, in particularly Etlyne. The whole delivery process was smooth, easy and explained step by step. Etlyne was always friendly, helpful, quick with her replies and chased any queries I had. Will definitely be using them again when my lease is up and would recommend anyone thinking of leasing to use them. Thank you NCC
