Booked a test drive for a Golf R, Quill went all the way and ensured he had the perfect car ready for me to try out down to the tiniest detail. I was also offered a great financing detail and all of my concerns with the car were addressed, due to some bad luck I ended up having to give up on the car right before finance went trough and even then the dealership was understanding and fully reimbursed my deposit. If you need a new or used VW this is the only dealership you will never need to go to.

The dealership was accomodating given his difficulties regarding work commitments. This made the purchase easier to negotiate. The sales team take time to listen to what you want from your car (and I’m a fussy customer) and nothing is too much trouble for the aftersales team, it’s always nice to get my car back promptly and sparkling clean! Friendly team all round and have sent many friends and family their way and will continue to do so :)

Had a cam belt and water pump done on my VW Passat there last year and found them very helpful and they did a good job for a good price with a quick turnaround. I returned to them recently for a service and MOT and wasn't happy with their work. They changed the oil and filters, didn't check the wiper blades, top up the washer fluid up or grease the hinges and locks, which is something that most places would do as a matter of course. They failed the car (which is just one of those things) on all 4 tyres, which weren't bad and had plenty of tread and tried to sell me their most expensive tyres to replace. They said that the cheaper versions were out of stock for 2 weeks and they wouldn't recommend them, but after a fuss they magically found some more reasonably priced ones. They then told me the number plate had to be changed which I agreed for them to do only to find that they charged me for it and never even made it let alone fitted it. I had to go in my lunch break to collect it (with a rude reception from the parts department) and fit it myself as I did not feel they could manage. Draw your own conclusions, but I dare say I was very disappointed.

Needed to sort out locking wheel nut key and found the parts department absolutely brilliant. Peter was the chap that sorted everything out and he was great in the help and advice he gave, even giving me accurate directions on how to find them in Shirley. Will definitely use them again as much more helpful than other VW dealers local to me.

Average Service from an Average branch! You'd be much better off going to an alternate branch! Bought my new car from here, and had nothing but problems from day 1. Car is now BACK IN the garage after I collected it last week as they sold it to me with massive scratches! Sandeep, the sales adviser, has been very helpful, but overall, the service has been, again, average. Would I return? No.

Normaly dont write reviews but after today i thought i should. I bought a car off a salesman called Sandeep. He was very knowledgable and very friendly. He even delivered the car to me at home in Salisbury! I bought a very similar car from Sailsbury and they never had shown me half the controls sandeep did! Very much appreciated sandeep and i do recomend going to see him for a new or used car!!

What can I say, we went to look for a new car and met Sandeep. If you want to meet a really nice car salesman then he is your man. Helpful to a T and will explain all about your car of choice and if you choose finance he will explain the pros and cons. Sandeep pulled up on the forecourt of Peter Coopers VW car sales in Shirley in this lovely T-ROC car and the more Sandeep told us about this car the more I was sold, then I realised that I could actually afford it too. If you want to buy a car, my advice is to go to this car sales and you will be looked after by Sandeep or any of the staff there. Now we just need to see what the after care is like but I'm surer that if the care that we've had buying the car is anything like the salesmanship then I wont be disappointed. Thankyou Sandeep and Tom for great salesmanship.

My salesman was Sandeep - helpful and disarmingly honest. Our previous experience of Peter Cooper over 25 years was mostly positive, but Sandeep is in a league of his own. In process of buying an automatic Golf.

I bought a VW Polo 66 plate in early May 2018 from Sandeep (Salesman) who was very knowledgeable, helpful and had a great sense of humour. He went the extra mile throughout the sale, even on his day off traveling a considerable distance to my house to sort out a minor problem with my windscreen. I cannot praise Peter Cooper, Shirley and Sandeep highly enough and would hugely recommend this VW Dealership.

Tried to book an appointment for servicing of my Golf today, but I was told they were busy and cannot connect me at the moment. They promised they'll call me later. Checked my phone and car registration as I am a regular customer.. guess what?! Nobody called all day. Same thing happened last year. Not impressed guys. Not at all. Update from this year : had it serviced at the same garage and the car had a complete health check. Was advised to have the front disks and brake pads replaced and was quoted almost 400 quid for the job...After two months out of work due to the lock down I had to consider carefully every penny I spend so... Bought the parts from Euro car parts myself , had em delivered at another local garage ( Brembo disks and pads) and the total bill was 135 pounds (parts 90 pounds + 45 labour at a reputable Southampton garage) . Shocking difference for the same job guys. After the VW emission scandal , this is a bit of a bitter pill to swallow. Sometimes I feel like I pay to have for a Lamborgini to be maintained ,not a modest family VW golf estate.

Everything Kris said, she translated and helped with the paperwork. If you need them, they have nice cars, even in installments and Motabiliti, they will adapt everything for the disabled. Wszystko co mówił Kris przetłumaczyła i pomogła w wypełnianiu dokumentów. Jak potrzebujecie mają fajne samochody nawet na raty i Motabiliti , dla niepełnosprawnych wszystko dostosują.
