Very friendly and professional service with no fuss or drama. Even though I own an Audi, they were able to replace one of the lamps, which they were able to do quickly (I was restricted by time). Def far better approach than the Audi dealerships!

Called on a Saturday morning with a safety concern on my polo, spoke with someone called Dave, he told me to bring my car in asap and arranged for a mechanic to look over it fully and check my car out. Luckily it wasn’t something I needed to worry about however I can’t fault the service I received, a free cup of tea and a short wait and best of all no charge for the check Very happy

Wanted to take a moment to just highlight James Alsancak in the buying experience of the Tiguan we collected on Saturday. I've been buying and selling cars for a long time but James stood out to me because he made the process very easy and dare I say, enjoyable! We know these things can be a chore but he took the time to listen, he wasn't pushy and was an all round great person to deal with.
