I tend to leave my review after the warranty has ended so If any issues arise with the car then I can give an honest review on how these are handled. I was very impressed with the service I received, Richard was extremely professional and not pushy and approachable. The Car definitely spoke for itself, it was very well cared for and well presented. After purchase there was a minor issue with the lightbulbs that could not have been predicted. Richard was very proactive and ended up having all the lightbulbs changed for me and even topped up my fuel. I will certainly be coming back here again. I am sure anyone else buying from Redwood Motor Company will have as great a service as I did. You will not have a bad experience with this company, if you do then it will entirely be your doing.

I waited for warranty period to be over before writing my review. Bought a 14 plate Freelander 2. The whole test drive and buying process was relaxed but formal enough. Having bought the car I had 2 issues within the warranty period, one broken cd player (to be fair i didnt find the issue for a couple weeks onxe collecting the car as CD player not used frequently these days) and a split turbo pipe. The CD player fix all arranged by Redwood by a local specialist to them and the turbo negotiated they pay my local landrover specialist to sort. Had no issues at all - Richard very responsive and easy to work with. Would reccomend him to friends and family if they in the marker for their fairly niche selection. Thanks again, J

Looked at a Range Rover Evoque on Sunday, wife fell in love with it, so we Bought it there and then. Richard the owner is a really nice guy No pressure , we felt very comfortable Driving and looking the vehicle, Time was not a problem, Richard made us feel at ease. Kind regards Steve & Dee.

I ventured away from home to view a Land Rover Evoque which Richard had for sale.He was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with when buying a car;nothing being too much trouble. After purchasing the car ,it devolped a fault with the suspension.Richard was at my house within a day to collect the car and take it back to Soton to get it fixed.He subsequently fixed the fault,which was nothing to do with him-a rodent had got in to the car and ate some wiring! He duly delivered the car back to me with NO CHARGE,even though it wasn't his fault.This is EXCELLENT service and I cannot recommend Richard highly enough.Faultless service which is few and far between these days.
