Picked up my new car from Richard today, brilliant guy, my car was prepped and waiting for me with no issues whatsoever, and was given skoda connect lite for free with the car. It was obviously home time but Richard took his time and guided me through every step and installed skoda connect for me, I brought my mate along and Richard had no problem with that and offered us a drink, also I purchased lifeshine with my car and when I arrived there was an identical car with the same colour next to mine which blatantly hadn't had lifeshine and the difference is night and day, my paint was really popping, highly recommend lifeshine. I'm looking forward to getting my next skoda here in a few years!!

Recently sold my car to Richmond Motor Group. A really professional service. They paid a very fair price, that was better than any other dealer I was in contact with. Arranged a pick up of the car from East Sussex, and completed the transaction quickly. The money was in my account on the same day they collected the car. They also settled the finance on the vehicle. Excellent communication throughout. I was nervous about selling my car in this way, but after my experience would happily recommend them and use them again in the future.

We just went into Skoda Botley to ask for help with Changing the Setting for turning our headlights ready for driving in France. The service part of Skoda has closed today. But the Sales Team (as always) leaped to give us a hand, all done in 2 mins. So gracious, and professional. This is always the Service Richmond provides. Nothing is impossible here. Well what can I say...after been given the run around several times by *Manhiem! ( please refer to trust pilot FYI) I can now say I am very pleased that I followed up the recommendation from a friend to use Wizzle instead. Richard Skoda Botley purchased my vehicle for a decent price. I was able to pay off a few creditors including the outstanding finance on the vehicle. James reassured me this was a done deal. I must say I was a bit apprehensive during the process, but can sincerely say to any reviewee, I found them to be very professional and they don't B***S**** like others* Thanks James, James and Ashley for bearing with my attitude. Highly recommended. Great experience. Kudos to Ricky. Trying to buy a car didn't start well. I paid a deposit online on a Sunday evening but received a call the next day to tell me that the car had been sold but the website had not updated in time to inform me. Ricky then searched his online suppliers for a similar used model; had it inspected/service/cleaned up; and then delivered to me. All in a short time period. Communication was good - very responsive to emails and phones. Small difficulties here and there were ironed out with precision by Ricky and his colleagues.

I got my car from here originally and so for the past 2 years I've been using them to service it. They provide a loan car and so far the service has been very good. They asked me whether I wanted it washing and I said yes but in fact it wasn't. It doesn't bother me, the service is the important thing. The pricing is the standard fixed price Skoda servicing costs, which is a little more than an independent but not that much more and so far they've done a good job.

Had a great experience here. Bethany was great, sent me a video about the car I was interested in. Then came from medway to view it. Purchased it there and then even though I hadn't intended to. Came back at the end of the week and finished paperwork, Brandon was helpful in explaining it all to me. Bethany then finished off the handover which was very good and knowledgeable.
