Right from the first interaction with Richmond Suzuki made us feel right at home. Our main contact was Jeff and he helped put our concerns to rest and walked us through the process. When we went to RSB the building was nice and clean, with tea, coffee, and hot chocolate for the kids. The quality of the customer service was great and helped us feel great about the decision we had made.
There was a couple of things we needed to have taken care of which RSB took care of. Then offered to deliver the car the next week once the work was complete. Jeff kept us informed and up to date the whole time.

Sadie and Joe were polite and helpful and I never felt under any pressure to buy.
I expected the car to be serviced and valeted before colection and it was. It also had new tyres, battery and cam belt - all of which were a bit of a bonus as I had already agreed to buy the car at a pretty competitive price.
All-in-all, yes I would certainly recommend them.
G. C.Jeff and Sadie were friendly, warm, professional and assuring. Buying a 2nd hand car can be a bit hit and miss but I felt assured that if anything went wrong in the first few months that it would be dealt with accordingly. Crossed fingers all goes well for next 6 months.
S. G.Had to take my vehicle in for a recall software update. Was told by email that it would take 40 - 60 minutes and sit and wait. However I was offered a wash and vacuum for the car which actually added another 40 minutes to the sit and wait. So make sure you know what the extra delay will be if you take up their offer.
