Dealt with Stefan at Alfa Snows , (Im based in Scotland). Was a little tentative with the idea of remote/online purchasing of my car but Stefan would always go the extra mile & answer and queries/concerns I had. The process was easy and straightforward , part ex value was really fair & general dealings with the staff regarding finance (which was very competitive ) & contract details at snows was great , in particular with Stefan from the outset. The organisation of photo's/video's and any technical questions I had regarding specification etc were answered immediately. Moved from German cars to an Alfa and I doubt i'll ever go back ! Snows Alfa provided a first class service related to an intermittent fault on my car. They took lots of information prior to my visit and had ordered relevant parts to allow full diagnosis and repair. The customer service advisor was very professional and polite and gave me a lift back into Southampton as I did not want a loan car. Car repaired successfully, service team were excellent. I travelled from the Isle of Wight and the whole team made sure they prioritised the work to ensure I was able to catch my return ferry on time. Highly recommend!!

Impressed to receive a call around 8pm the same day to book our Alfa Mito full service and to have Alfa advisory checks fully explained without pressure (so we decided to go ahead with those too). Polite and efficient. Offered a lift into Southampton and collected when car was ready. Invoice and Alfa advised checks clearly explained point by point (no specific issues with our car), remaining tyre life explained. This was a 5*+ experience. I was able to book MoT and annual service for an afternoon slot. I was able to work on my computer in the comfort of the showroom with tea provided. The work was done in the allotted time including free internal and external vehicle clean. First class service.

Service was Ok. Specific to the service I called beforehand to confirm what needed looking at but had to remind again on the day as they did not appear on the job list. Delayed parts deliveries will mean another visit to fix issues with wipers and front diff. I paid for an extended warranty when I purchased the car. Despite many many emails to those who sold me the car, phone calls and in person requests I only have confirmation that the extended warranty is not held on the cars file. No one seems to be able to sort out the situation. This is ridiculous.

I took delivery of a new Alfa Romeo yesterday from Snows. I wanted a specific model and colour and they pulled out all the stops to supply me with exactly what I wanted despite not having one in stock. The sale had to be completed electronically because of lockdown but Rob Sanderson, the Sales Executive, made sure that everything was clear and well explained. He also kept me informed of the progress of the sale and how the handover/takeover would take place. Everything proceeded very quickly and efficiently and the sale went through to my complete satisfaction. Considering the rules on social distancing, I was most impressed with how Rob organised the handover the car. Rob, and Snows Manager, James, made the handover a very special occasion indeed whilst also ensuring that we were kept safe. I have no hesitation in recommending Snows of Southampton to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Recently brought a Alfa Romeo Stelvio Milano tri white from this dealer. Best customer service I've received in a long time, I'm not usually one to write reviews however this needs to be heard. They take the time to actually know you and what your needs are rather than just trying to get a sale. Went totally above and beyond what was ever expected. Would highly recommend going and all the staff seem lovely however would strongly recommend asking for Mike O'leary, highly knodgleable and extremely helpful who's main interest was making sure we was happy, even to go as far as a follow up call 2 days after the sale just to check in. Couldn't fault this branch in anyway and would recommend to anyone.

Just picked up alfa romeo guilia 2.0. Friendly service despite a few little admin issues! Great handover presentation! If you've never had an alfa... You can't buy happiness but you can buy an alfa, which is the same thing!

Lovely clean place, with a nice atmosphere. However, they told me I had 10% left on my brake pads after an MOT, and was told it was not a problem and no immediate rush. Took it for a service 3 weeks after and I found out that I had gone through the brake pads whilst wrecking my discs also. I don’t believe they even removed my wheels to inspect the brake wear properly. Would advise caution.

I have just finished dealing with this excellent garage. I had bought a Alfa Romeo Giulietta Quadrifoglio Verde from a dealership still in Warranty. Eight months in ownership the car developed a fault with its automatic TCT gearbox. I live 2 miles away from my local Alfa dealer however I was heavily recommended to come to Snows,30 miles from me. I spoke with Darren and from then on the service was outstanding. Darren was always very helpful. I got to meet a lot of the staff and they where all excellent.The Alfa salesman is superb and I have already send people to him. I meet Jack, the technician , and Jack got straight onto Alfa and got a new gearbox on order. This all took time as it comes from Italy however I had courtesy cars and updated all the time even from Jack. Jack is a very keen,polite technician and has done a superb job and really cares. If you want an Alfa/Fiat this is the place to go.Whats the point of driving something boring?Go and see them!
