Just collected my wife’s Fiat 500 from Snows and it is one of the best experiences for buying a car I have had. We came back after I received an excellent service before from Patrick Worth (To Good to Auction) on my car purchase. He suggested I come to visit the Fiat sales team where we were given another 5 Star service from Nathan Clarkin. I can’t speak more highly of Nathan who’s sales style was exactly what my wife and I could wish for professional, informative and friendly. Great service on a warranty recall, lovely loan car, great showroom and range of secondhand cars, and even though my car was a bit dirty as we had just travelled back from North Wales the day before, it came back very well cleaned and hoovered! This is the first time we had used Snows and from start to finish our experience was good. Paul who dealt with us was very professional and patient and we looked at a number of cars before settling on a 2019 Fiat 500 Lounge. We had a good test drive of this car. I cannot recommend Snows Fiat Southampton highly enough! From my first phone call enquiring about the car I had seen online, to picking up my new Fiat 500 I had nothing but excellent customer service! Nothing was too much trouble for Manager JP and Sales person PW. I wasn’t an easy customer (I put my plates in retention and didn't realise it would be done immediately) & no doubt tested their patience a couple of times, but they were both amazing! I was very impressed with their correspondence both by email (I sent a fair few) and phone calls. I put a small deposit down online to secure the car and was sent a lovely personalised video with 1/2 hour from JP showing me around it, Including the interior. When I picked the car up PW went through the controls and set up. Both JP & PW’s knowledge of the car was exceptional and made me feel very confident. The showroom had all the necessary safety measures in place due to the current COVID-19 situation and we felt very safe at all times.

The staff have been really friendly and helpful here. There is no hard selling. I have had to put my car in the garage here for works and they have been fast and professional and phone the day before to remind you of the appointment. Picked up my used Abarth 595 from Snows Fiat & Abarth Southampton today. Could not have been more pleased with the whole purchasing process from start to finish. James, the business manager, initially dealt with my enquiry for a Fiat 500 and I very nearly bought a 500 Lounge.. he could tell there was something amiss and asked if I was happy (my partner piped up that what I really wanted was an Abarth 595 for Fiat money). All credit to James who hooked me with a gleaming Abarth that had recently been part exchanged. I’d even seen it on the way in & thought “whoaaa, that’s never within budget”. Steven, who dealt with the sale and talking me through the aftercare (warranty, etc) was also brilliant. The whole team are a credit to the Snows Group!! The parts guys here are good but it's a real pain that they do not deliver to local independent garages. We would source more parts off them otherwise
