Having recently purchased a Jeep from Snows I can but only highly recommend this dealer to others. Neil who handled the sale for me was awesome. I didn't get to see the vehicle till the day I picked it up but Neil was on hand to take photos / video and answered any questions I had about the vehicle and the deal at every step of the process. Nothing was an issue and the deal was handled really professionally. Neil understood what I wanted and made sure I was more than happy with everything.

We recently purchased a Renegade from Snows in Southampton, securing our car with a minimum deposit was great. When we actually went to see the vehicle the help we received from Neil was exceptional, the purchase process was really smooth and fast, he even arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to us, fantastic!
After the purchase we had a minor problem with the vehicle but it was fixed very quickly at Snows Portsmouth where we live.
In all, really please with the service received at Snows and specially from Neil Kinrade. Thank you for a great purchase experience.

The team on site was very helpful but the central booking service gave the wrong advice and did not communicate my need to have to wait during service. The booking team said it would take about an hour but when I go there the manager said it would actually take 4-5 hours. I was really annoyed but they did what they could to get it done quickly

Book-in efficient, used the customer waiting area - Wifi good and I was able to work as if from home, I was directed to where I could get coffee. I was kept up to date with progress on my car which was ready when expected.

My car was in for a service plus, the price I was quoted included a couple of extras, aircon etc,
I also asked to have a small problem with the transmission checked and was quoted a price for a diagnostic check. The check proved negative and I was not charged the full price which I
thought very fair, the car runs beautifully , result, a very happy customer.

A massive thank you to Rob Sanderson at Snows Alfa Romeo, Southampton. This has been hands down the most efficient, stress free & enjoyable car purchase ever. Happened to see a Mito in a colour my Wife loves on Saturday evening and the car was personally delivered in record time on Wednesday, to coincide with her 40th Birthday. Snows even put a beautiful bunch of flowers in the car for her, which was a lovely touch. The click & buy option worked wonderfully, with all the finance paperwork completed in no time, approved the next day and all other paperwork sorted electronically with 1-2 bits to print, sign, scan & email back - brilliant! The car was immaculate, serviced & MOT'd and even a new set of plates made up for us with my Wife's personalised registration number. Just a brilliant buying experience, fantastic little car and a very happy Wife - thanks Rob!

He was able to go away and look at finding us the right deal and come back to us within 24 hours. He listened to our needs and was able to find the perfect deal. All financial paperwork was completed in no time and approved on the day. Rob was able to send all other documentation electronically, which were able to be signed, scanned and emailed back. All paperwork was completed on the Friday and an arrangement made for a collection on the Sunday. All was covid safe upon arrival with all relevant safety in place. fixed my Jeep with a complex alarm problem and replaced a tail light

Outstanding Service.
We rented a Jeep from EuropCar at Heathrow and soon discovered that it had a broken indicator light. EuropCar were unable to fix the problem in a timely manner so we approached Snows Jeep dealership at Southampton.
They said it would cost 20 pounds to fix which we were happy to pay so we could continue our holiday.
As it turned out they had run out of indicator bulbs in stock and so took a bulb from a display vehicle and fitted it to our vehicle.
When the vehicle was ready they said there was “no charge”.
The two staff members we dealt with (Darren Hayes and Daniel Atwood) were both very helpful and friendly.
It’s a pity EuropCar couldn’t offer this level of service.
