I rarely give feedback via Google but I'm going to make the effort this time because Carl Bourner & Ashley Deniz of Snows BMW Portsmouth, deserve it. Only last week I negotiated the purchase of an 8 Series BMW from them, and I have to say I enjoyed the process very much indeed. Snows, Plymouth, seemed to have the only new (pre-registered) Toyota Hilux in the country as all dealers were awaiting stocks of the new model. We had reservations about buying a vehicle we had never seen from 300 miles away but based on online reviews, a telephone conversation and a walk around video of the vehicle we went ahead. Snows' staff were helpful throughout the process and kept us informed at all stages. The car was delivered to our door on the arranged day and it's condition was brand new as expected with just the delivery milage recorded.

Needed 2 new tyres. Thought they would be more expensive but it turns out they were normal prices, but the best thing was being able to spread the payment over 6 months, which was great as I had been furloughed due to covid and cash was a bit short. Very friendly people and no hard sell. Will definitely go back when I need more tyres.
