b. h.After searching for a new car for myself I settled on a Peugeot 2008. I’ve been looking for one for sometime and snows in Southampton was able to provide me with the car that I was looking for. I had excellent service from James the salesman. James made sure that what I wanted he could deliver. Everybody that we approached at Peugeot Southampton was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, they answered all the questions that I had and made sure that I was 100% confident in knowing what each thing in the car could do before driving away. After sales was good too, I’ve had a follow up call and reassurance that if I were to need further assistance in any way they would be only too pleased to help. T. A.Booked service a month ago. Needed quick work as have to wait on site. Was greeted by a grumpy man who told us we had to wait all day. Explained that we had to wait with our 2 dogs as we had nowhere to go . He said he would do what he could. 2 hours later the van was in being serviced and mot’d. He was much more pleasant when we paid and left after 3 hours in total. We thanked him. It has left us disappointed by Snows and we will go to Penton at Salisbury for our next service.

The sales person, 'Peter' kept us fully informed regarding the journey of our ordered vehicle from factory to showroom. He and other staff within the dealership were and are most professional, courteous and friendly. Every thing we needed to know was explained to the full and we were afforded plenty of opportunity questions. We would fully recommend the dealership.

I'm absolutely made up with my new 108 Pure Tech 80s Collection in red with white stripes and all the bells and whistles. She's a cracking little town car. Graham made sure she had anything fixed and altered. Full service and 12 months Warrenty. She was cleaned and like new on pick up. I also opted to take out the 3 year Gap insurance.
