Great Service. Would definitely recommend. I had a great service from Snows Toyota Sarisbury Green when I recently purchased a new car. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. There was no "hard sell" to purchase or to include the additional extras such as extended warranty, GAP insurance and G3. The extras were explained thoroughly and again no pressure to purchase (probably why I ended up purchasing all 3, but this was my choice). The car was ready as arranged, fully valeted and with a full tank of petrol. Adele, the salesperson was very professional and took the time to explain all the gadgets in the car that I was not aware of and took the time to tax the car. I would definitely recommend and would like to give a special thanks for the customer service received from Adele.

Our experience at your Sarisbury Green showroom was a good one. Jade was a very pleasant young lady to deal with. She was both efficient and helpful. I appreciate that an intimate knowledge of all marques of vehicles being sold is not possible. However, it is such a shame that the special key needed to remove the wheel hub cover in order to access the wheel nuts was missing. This is quite an essential element to safe driving. Although the car was handed over in a clean condition your cleaners should take greater care to ensure that the area between the front seats and the drive shaft are thoroughly cleaned. In our case they were far from clean. Apart from these points it was a good experience.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the amazing customer service I received from Dane Emery. I spent about 3 weeks in march searching for a specific spec vehicle from a trader before coming across one advertised by TGTA on facebook. They were the only company I contacted that took my enquiry seriously, and never fobbed me off, and pre judged me. One dealership even requested a £550 deposit to open a car so that I could see the boot space. The salesman then said I suggest you apply for the finance first too if you're taking that route. Where as when I contacted Too Good To Auction, Dane said come down and you can take it for a test drive, we only require a £99 deposit to reserve it, and if you don't like the car we will refund it, no questions asked. He explained the situation with the company selling cars that are too good to auction, and the fact that they're not all perfect, but they're pretty close. I.e they may have scuffs on alloys, or chips and small dings from doors opening on them etc. Which is the reason they are priced very low for trade sales. He sent me over some close up photos of the car of paint chips etc, and I said it was perfect, and I sent over the deposit. I arrived later than expected just after 11am, however Dane was there straight away to help me, and insisted I test drove the car, which I did. I went back in and made the payment, and everything was sorted within half an hour. I can safely say that this has been my best experience with a trade garage, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.
