I purchased a Mini Countryman from TGTA Southampton and enjoyed the whole experience. The customer care shown by Sales executive Patrick Worth was superb, he is highly experienced in the motor trade and his realism, positive manner and empathy made the entire deal very straightforward. The car was prepared and ready for purchase exactly on time, all the administrative arrangements were dealt with by Patrick and I drove away in a well-priced car with a 12-month warranty and other insurance benefits. I recently purchased a 58 plate Vauxhall Astra from here and I could not have been more pleased. They treated me the same way they would have done if I was buying a brand new car. I was provided with a full video tour, the car was serviced and valeted and then it was delivered to my place of work as the agreed collection date was not available. Nothing has been too much trouble, despite this car not being of high value. I cannot fault anyone from the sales team to the service team, thank you all.

I stay >400 miles away so this had to be a virtual purchase but Neil Kinrade (sales) really helped to make the whole experience stress free. When I first saw the car online, I made the call & was connected to Patrick Worth. A calm, easy-going but professional guy, he immediately made a good impression & I arranged to view the car. He was professional and patient. Following my test drive, he allowed me time with the car, checking it all over, opening doors, lifting mats etc and he was gracious in allowing me that time on my own. I felt no pressure like I had previously when car hunting. The information was there and all laid out and no one quoting the features at me while hovering as I looked over it. After a successful test drive, we went back into the showroom, we sat down and had a chat about cars. No pressure, no forced sales technique. Just straight talking, honest answers and a few promises... which I can confirm Patrick kept his word on. At the end of it all, Patrick is a pleasant guy with a whole bunch of good cars for sale and with this being my most pleasant and stress-free car buying experience to date... I would be compelled to drive the extra distance to buy a car from him and "Too Good To Auction" again. The car I purchased was already a very good price when comparing to market value for that spec of car, yet Patrick still gave me a brand new MOT and on checking the vehicle over, his team also fitted a new waterpump that was on the way out, and a brand new timing belt (due to lack of evidence to support a new one had already been fitted - even though they believed it may have been). Free Key insurance (something I needed)... a stress-free quick handover (a lot of the paperwork had already been dealt with when I arrived) and I was on the road and driving home in my impeccably prepared new vehicle with plenty of fuel to get me there. If you want a stress-free car buying experience that really feels like you are being met with professionalism, courteousness and genuine help to get you the best deal you can, then this is the place to go. I will be recommending Patrick in future.

Great service, albeit with social distancing! As I couldn’t test drive the car, I was given a 14-day/100 mile return option which was brilliant.
