The staff are very professional, from the reception to the sales department. Was immediately offered a hot drink and a seat and wasn't kept waiting to see the sales advisor (Thomas). Although young he was well up to speed on the products and was very polite. I think he will have a good career in sales going forward. When taking the vehicle for a test drive I was given a good run down of the controls and then simply told to go enjoy myself with no time limit imposed. I was at no time pressured to make a purchase. On our return we discussed the price and trade in of my existing car. Once we had agreed the details I was left to think about it for a couple of days, again without any pressure. The upshot Is I will be picking my new c-hr in a couple of days and couldn't be happier

This is the second Toyota I have owned and have previously found the Hedge End service centre to be excellent where the staff really cared and placed their customers satisfaction high on their agenda. I can say now after purchasing a new vehicle from the same branch that the sales team, in particular Thomas who I dealt with throughout the whole purchasing process further displayed that same human touch and professionalism throughout the process. My girlfriend took her car here for a service earlier on this week. I joined her because I took the day off so we could leave the car there for the day. I've not had great experiences with main dealerships, but I was pleasantly surprised by our experience here. We were offered a coffee on arrival in the spacious waiting area. The lady who dealt with us, Kerry was warm and friendly and double checked that my girlfriend understood everything that they planned to do with her car and the costs involved before they got started. We got a video showing us the underside of the car and Kerry called us to explain the issues the mechanic had found on the car, the cost to fix them and even a payment plan was offered (handy if things are tight, fortunately we didn't need it). We were called again when it was ready to collect and Kerry once again met us with a friendly smile. We both felt the whole experience was extremely positive and I would highly recommend Snows Toyota, especially if you are apprehensive about visiting a dealership.

It was hard to locate a used mark 4 Toyota Yaris in the South East of England. I eventually found the car I was interested in at Snows Hedge End. I rang up in the morning and put down a large deposit to test drive the car that same day. On arrival at the dealer it was all relaxed with no pushy salesman tactics. The process was very straightforward once I had decided to go ahead with the sale and the car was ready for collection within 5 days. The cash payment was easy using a debit card. Everything was done to a very good standard and overall I am happy with how fast the delivery of my vehicle was organised. I would like to note however that the party who washed the car before the collection chipped off half of the first letter on the “Supra” badge located on the boot of the vehicle. I only noticed it on a second day after collecting the vehicle. I haven't washed the car myself so it must have occurred while the vehicle was being prepared for the collection. I bought a C-HR recently and very happy with the purchase. It is not just the car purchase that I am happy with but the whole buying experience with Toyota (Hedgend) has been fabolous. Although I could see the status update on MyToyota App but Chris has been amazing with keeping me posted with any update even when he was on holidays. Always prompt replies to my queries. He is a star at Snow toyota. My last car was nissan(Westway Nissan Southampton) which was also a brand new car but the buying experience with them was no way closer to Toyota (I would say there was not any experience of buying new car with Nissan at all. It was like buying a second hand car). Here at Snow Toyota I was excited to see my new car status update and map from the point of order to manufacturing and till the delivery at the docks and finally to dealership. When finally arrived at dealership Lucy at Snow toyota sent me an video presentation of new car and handle the handover in a way that I felt VIP. Everyone at Snow Toyota (hedge end) is helpfull, friendly and go out for extra mile to help. I never fealt anyone being too pushy, personally which is one of the thing that can put me off. I would highly recomend Toyota and Snow Toyota (Hedge end) and spending on G3 protection for your new car with smart insurance. I believe It's worth it. Fabulous service above and beyond expectations! From the reception to sales and servicing, really professional and helpful. I had a failed MOT due to rear shock absorber, and when I called Steven Hall in the service department said he'd take a look at it. Shocks are not normally covered by warranty but not only did they do the work without question, they'd also already ordered the part in. Very impressed. Pretty much as you would expect from a main dealer, but I didn't go to look around, I went to help my daughter look at a car she had seen online, the guy was very accommodating, and worked according to the current situation within the current restrictions. Car looked good, but more importantly my daughter was able to get comfy, as she lacks confidence in driving car's she is not used to, but the biggest bit was the size, it's the biggest car she had ever driven, probably the main reason she wanted me to come along. 🤣 The only downside is access, the only way to drive into the place was by what I would term as the trade entrance, but no doubt hampered by being by a roundabout, and is the only entrance, it is shared with Lexus and some 'to good to auction' kind of a deal that appeared to be separated in some way, but I honestly couldn't say more. Another thing that really phased my daughter was she had to drive between the 2 main dealers, which had post's either side of it, and reduced lighting, and the lack of clarity about access to the Toyota dealership entrance given an overhead connection between the 2 dealership's restricting light as well but I gave her the pointers she needed to have the confidence again to get through it. But they were helpful to her and after all was done she bought it, and seems to be very happy about it, and she picks it up tomorrow I think it is, so great experience I would have to say.👍

They have provided excellent and friendly service both times. Lewis in the new sales team really went above and beyond to find me a new car within my budget. My wife's 3 month old car was subject to a recall for new software to be loaded onto the braking system. Booked in to Snows at their Hedge End branch no problem, and car dropped with them the following day quickly and efficiently. I had been advised the job would take approx 1 and 1/2 hours, including washing it as well. Went off to the shops, returning just over 2 hours later to be told the car wasnt ready due to difficulties downloading the software. Eventually got the car back 3 and 1/2 hours after dropping it off, and although they did offer to try and get it washed quickly, we were now so late that we had to leave. Snows have said we can return at our convenience for a complimentary valet. What seems strange is why wait until the car is dropped off to download the software ? The car was bought from Snows so they have all the details, VIN, etc, so why not download it in advance ? You wouldnt book a car in for an oil change and then go out to buy the oil when it arrived at the workshop !

Very good communication over the phone, reserved the vehicle with a £99 refundable deposit. Arrived to view and test drive the vehicle, Callum Richards came out while I was walking around the other used vehicles and was friendly and welcoming from the get go. Felt easy to talk to, explained everything very well, signed all paperwork to go for the test drive. Post test drive, the receptionist was very attentive and guided me back to Callum office where I proceeded to purchase the vehicle. He explained clearly all the optionals such as paint coating, body work and wheel repairs plus GAP cover. We reminisced over some of the old Toyota vehicles and generally had a good chat. My overall experience with Callum Richards and snows Toyota Southampton was welcoming, friendly and very efficient and i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for either a new or used Toyota.

We decided to trade in our 2017 Auris Excel for a C-HR. In these times a test drive was not possible, and Lucy Carey handled the negotiations from start to finish. We also agreed on some additional items that we were leaving behind in our Auris, and these would be fitted to the C-HR prior to pick up. It was a little strange to transfer the balance without having sat in the car, but the 14 day money back guarantee gave us confidence. The day came to pick up the car and we finally met Lucy. While the paperwork was completed remotely, we took the opportunity to look at the C-HR. Everything had been fitted as agreed, and we were soon on our way home. The car is lovely, although we did uncover a couple of items that needed to be resolved. Both of these were quickly sorted out and completed free of charge. I must say having had my cars serviced at Snow's Toyota Southampton, my experience of their Hedge End branch is equally impressive. I had an email a few days before my service and a phone call the day before as a reminder, which was great. Drop off and pick up were fine and efficient. The reasons I took off one star are: 1) I had to use the staff's pen to sign a piece of paper: ideally during the call the day before, I should have been asked to bring one. There was a lot of hand gel bottles everywhere, so I used that. 2) The centre has a QR code for track and trace, ideally staff should enforce visitors to scan Apart from the 2 points above, I'll use SNOWS again and would happily recommend them

I was happy with the team at Hedge End, as they are all pleasant and very helpful. I am also very happy with the 4 year old car I bought, in itself (CT200h), however there are some things I am not happy with. The sales team reneged on their promise to fill the tank. When I picked it up, it was barely over half a tank! Also, I did notice the Chrome at the front of the bonnet was half clean and half dirty. I felt it was a bit picky to mention it so said nothing but when I got it home, found that the engine bay was very dirty, which admittedly didn't take me long to clean but thought they should have cleaned it, and when I did go to fill the tank, found that all inside the door and around the filler cap was filthy. Again, didn't take long for me to clean but thought being a main dealer of a prestige marque, it would have been something they would do automatically. Another horrible thing was all the hair left on the head liner, I'm assuming dog hair but not very nice whatever! Last but not least was the fact the passenger airbags were turned off! I could see the airbag light was illuminated on the centre console but didn't know what it meant, along with a good deal of the other lights that I was trying to get used to. In fact when I finally did get around to what this particular light did mean and rectify it (after a couple of days), I discovered that the light illuminated next to it in orange to show the airbags were turned on. Even the salesman Darren wasn't sure if that was the warning or active light when I showed him! This means that when I drove my father home and my fiancee out that evening, I was unwittingly putting their safety at risk without the passenger airbags operational. As I said, I am very satisfied with the car itself and even the friendly staff but feel a main dealer of this prestige marque should have handed it over looking as good as it could, in a safe condition, which it wasn't and with a full tank as promised. I do have photos before and after of the engine bay, petrol filling bay and the questionable hair populating the head liner. As I said; overall happy but left with a bitter taste. Hopefully they will do better in future if I buy a car from them again

Again, first rate service provided down to knowledge of the vehicle and associated products. Again, was not judgemental or pressurised. From the moment we walked into the Toyota showroom at Hedge End, we knew we were keen on another Totota. As it turned out we changed our mind 3 times, from a petrol to a self charging hybrid then a Rav 4 to CH-R, and finally from new to nearly new. We then had a lot of deliberating to do between two perfectly suitable cars we had downselected to. A difficult decision as both were beautifully presented - when my wife goes Wow over a car, it really is a bit of a moment! We ended up with just what we wanted, at a price we could all agree on and to a spec that still impresses me (I'm an engineer by trade). But these things happen anywhere. Later, Tom was kindly very helpful at setting up my SatNav, invaluable on the journey home; but I was disappointed to find the car's Blue Tooth mobile phone service disconnected. Bought my first Toyota car from Snows Hedge end and I been looked after by David Brooks, he’s been fabulous with his service but I haven’t been informed that car had an accident previously at front bumper which I found out by my personal garage and by Toyota senior service technician. Sadly, I didn’t notice that front wing was bit loose and fame was broken just top of the number plate and I think neither David. However, service department been trying to get an authorisation from the sales manager to sort this out since 28th of September and still waiting to hear from the team. Hopefully, they will fix that soon!

Was looked after by an a great young salesman, Shane Bryce, who took me on a long test drive, patiently teaching me to use an automatic for the first time in 43 years! Must have been a scary experience with a few lurches and rapid stops, until I really got the hang of not using my left foot or having a stick shift. Settled on the Corolla Hybrid Exel 2L. Fantastic experience driving this for about an hour with Shane. Felt very confident by the time I returned to base (he looked a lot less shaken about too). Then had some coffee whilst the sales paperwork was done. Shane has offered to take me on another "refresher" drive when I collect the car next week. Much appreciated! Great service and a great car. I bought a used car from them. The sales man was friendly on the day of purchase and helpful. The car didn't have matts and as it was Saturday afternoon the parts department was closed and apparently he could not find any, so he proposed to fill up the car with fuel. He told me to use the fuel that was already in the tank, fill it up, send the receipt back and he would wire me back the money. He never did and he didn't come back to my emails as well. The amount was not significant as the car is a Yaris but these small things show how they appreciate the customers. Just because of that they lost a customer that wanted to service his car at the same place he bought it from. I guess in their eyes it worthed it. My advice is that if you buy from there, anything agreed put it on paper even the smallest thing. They don't keep their word.
