Been a customer here for a few years now. Always had a good service, when my engine blew up on an old bike of mine, they told me to buy a new engine, which I did, then when they went to fit it, they discovered the frame mount had snapped so they weren't able to do the work due to safety issues. And to save me having an engine I didn't need, they bought it off me at the same price I paid for it. And when I bought a new bike off of them, they gave me a fair price for my old one (not the one mentioned above) I could have gotten a bit more if sold privately, but didn't have the room for it at home. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks guys.

Bought a Vespa gts from here, from first viewing they were very professional and helpful and not a pushy sale. I reflected overnight on choice from 4 similar scooters and they delivered to Reading the next day after a comprehensive PDI. Credit where credit is due, Rob and the guys have been absolutely awesome. I've had some issues with the bike and each time I've phoned they've said to bring it straight down and got it sorted today. When I took the bike in previously, Rob mentioned the cause of the issue and offered to submit a claim there and then to sort it but I said I'd see how it goes. Even with that and my decision to leave it for now, I called them again over the weekend with the ongoing problem and they still took the time to take a look and sorted it today. Even after getting super frustrated over the weekend and leaving a review with Lexmoto directly (I don't often leave reviews, especially bad ones unless asked to) they have worked with Lexmoto to fix the known issue and called me to let me know. Communication has been great with these guys, what I thought to be several separate issues turned out to be 1 cause! All sorted and will pick it up tomorrow with Rob's reassurance they will always do what they can to help even when they don't strictly have to (issue out of warranty etc.). It'll be back with them in 500 miles for a service! Thanks guys, much appreciated!

And always look out for their customers, when I crashed they left their site straight away to come and pick up my bike and they fixed it up to perfect condition on the same day the parts arrived. I had a problem with clutch release so asked the guys to sort it for me. I was booked in the next day, the bike was collected, stripped and serviced and ready to be delivered home within a couple of hours. Knowledgeable service personnel treated me with courtesy and respect and my bike was delivered with a smile. The charges were extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend this service shop especially for Lexmoto bikes for which they are Agents. They have also sorted a stuck disc bolt for me in the past, on the spot, free of charge. How good is that!?

Service with a smile... Purchased a scooter for my son as he had just passed his CBT. Did go to another bike shop in Southampton (which I won't name) ever since, we have just experienced endless problems. Took the scooter back to the shop and they didn't want to know, such poor after sales. My son was very upset. Looked online and found the number for Southampton Motorcycles & Scooters, gave them a call and to much of my surprise the gentleman, Paul offered to come pick the scooter up that day! They got the scooter back up and running again, very reasonable price. Since then we have got the scooter serviced there and now have purchased another bike as I know they will look after us there. My son is very pleased and I have peace of mind that his bike is safe. Staff really helpful. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic ,friendly service. I have taken my Vespa GTS 300 there for MOT, service, & a repair.The repair was to replace a clogged up fuel injector . This was diagnosed, immediately and replaced. Trust is massive if, like me, your not great with mechanical stuff. These guys are not in business to rip people off & I would highly recommend them.

I have purchased two scooters from Paul and I have been very happy with the level of service on both occasions. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and offer as much help as they can. They are reasonably priced for servicing and totally recommend them.

I can't not put a bad point with theses guys they are amaizng with what the do if I need something done that right on the case I had my bike for a couple of months now and it rides like a dream I can't say one bad thing about my bike or the customer service I get I would recommend them to anyone to use
