I was promptly called from Chris at Sparshatts with regards to my Auto Trader enquiry. He kindly booked us in for a viewing on a bank holiday Sunday which I was really impressed with. From the moment we met Chris we had no pressure and I felt at ease asking him any questions. The following morning we popped back in and decided to purchase the car. I’ve purchased many cars from dealers over the years and I’ve never met a more friendly and helpful dealer. Even after we purchased the car they still continued to deliver, a bird decided to do his business on the car, so with no hesitation they took the car back in for a clean! I would buy from them again with no hesitation. Chris your a real gent and thanks for the easy purchase.

Thouraghly recommended. Chris and Andy are both friendly and easy to get along with. Love my Peugeot 208 I bought from them. It was a fair price and the car quickly prepared ready for me to collect. Had a small problem with the entertainment system in the car (not something that either they or myself could ever have foreseen) but it didn't matter. It was sent to a specialist for repair and a courtesy car provided. When this didn't work it was arranged for me to take it to my local Peugeot Service Centre and the problem was resolved. No fuss. Great service, found the perfect car with these guys for a very competitive price, they were very accommodating and helpful given that we had to cross from our home on the Isle of Wight (including collecting me from the ferry to get the car!) Some minor miscommunications during phone calls but nothing to warrant a complaint, far from it, all staff were polite and informative and whole process was fast and efficient!

I have had problems with car sales before , promises , ignored once the sale completes , but all I can say is this place is superb . From Jed who initially sent me a video presentation of the car , to Richard who sorted my issue out imiadiatley . I was contacted by Jed on several occasions to give me updates of the sale . When I had an issue with the vehicle , Richard advised me to go straight to a garage ( I did , a Mercedes specialist )and he will pay whatever it costs to fix the issue (something to do with the battery)I gave the repair garage Richard and Jed’s number to liaise with them , within an hour , Richard emailed me to say the garage has been paid in full and I can book the car in ! THAT IS PRO ACTIVE , after the repair , I had a call from Jed to ask if everything is ok and I am happy . Honestly , I am a fussy nightmare but the level of service I received was absolutely superb and I would like to thank you again , I will definitely be using your services in the future as will my friends and family .
