Following a conversation by email, a video was sent to me showing every aspect of the car I was interested in and I arranged a time to visit the warehouse and test drive the vehicle. Everything was prepared, the car had been valeted for me and Jason was ready to greet me and show me around the vehicle. There was no sales pressure to complete the purchase and the nitty-gritty of arranging a part-exchange deal was pleasantly negotiated. A small fault that showed up, on closer inspection, resulted in the car being immediately taken to the specialist dealer and dealt with as quickly as possible. In a nutshell Sparshatts couldn't have done any more and I am delighted with my purchase and the service I received from them.

We looked around for a few weeks for the perfect little car to replace our beloved lil Mazda and found just what we wanted in Sparshatts Southampton. Took the drive and arrived at 1700 and were greeted by Liam and we went ahead with our purchase of the car we had seen online, the whole family loved it. We got a good trade in for our car and a good deal on the new one, Liam was fantastic and guided us through every step of the purchase and trade in. (He even stayed to 1900 just to get things done for us even though they shut at 1800 and nearly missed picking his daughter up.. thankyou so much your a dedicated staff member and they should be proud). We collected the new car today a few days after our first visit and were impressed by the professional attitude by Liam who guided us through everything and all the new toys we got to play with! I highly recommend Sparshatts and Liam, and we are looking forward to many years of happy driving in our new car which i must say is very very nice! Thankyou

Going to change review from three to five stars. Manager responder to earlier 3* review within 24 hours. Helped to resolve the query that day and had it fully resolved within 7 days (was a fault with rear screen that required replacement). Many thanks to those involved including screen repair team. Good sales service, after sales needs to be improved (no communication)

I had a really positive experience buying my car through Sparshatts Southampton. Rik helped me to find the right car and was knowledgable regarding my concerns with the Southampton clean air zone pending. As a result I bought a car that I love, enjoy driving and is hopefully future proof. I didn't feel pressure to buy and found Rik to be well informed and straight forward to deal with. The car was competitively priced and prepared to a very high standard. I was able to see full details of the service history, HPI and MOT advisories; of which there were none. brilliant customer service. i delt with Matt who was very good at awnsering any questions and responding asap. they did everything they could to make buying the car as easy as they could for me. the car is in fantastic condition and would definetly use them again.

Dealt with Rik (Fortunetly after reading some of the other reviews). Bought the car and drove it off all in a couple of hours, did have a bulb missing from the headlights which they told me to replace and it did get forgotten but after chasing them up they did eventually send through a cheque for the correct amount.
