Really good experience, process was very straight forward. Went into their branch and looked at several vehicles, nothing was ready to go but that was OK as I was not in a rush. They told me 10-14 day turnaround but actually got it done in 8 days. The van needed a little bit of paint work which was done and looks really good. I got a service and new MOT as well and the van drives like a dream. Don't think I will have any issues but just in case they gave me a full 1 Year warranty as well as AA Breakdown cover, which I was able to upgrade for only £12 for the year, what a bargain. To top it off I got a full tank of fuel as well which I did not know I would get, very nice touch at the moment. The staff were really friendly and I would have no problem going back to them. Great!

Bought a Transit Custom from these guys 2 months ago, was very happy with the service at the time but just what I expected from a dealer. Wouldn't have left a review but then I had a little problem with the van, randomly it went into limp mode, engine light on. I phoned them straight away and they reminded me of my Free breakdown with the AA, so I got it recovered to a garage close to me, which was great as I am quite a way from Southampton.
The garage diagnosed it and dealt with the Warranty Company direct and within 3 days my van was fixed and back on the road and did't cost me a thing. To be fair they even offered me a loan van whilst my van was being fixed but I used my mates so was not needed.
As someone who needs a van every day to make money it is good to know that for a year at least I will never not be able to earn that money

Just bought my second van from Vansco, trading in the first that I bought 2 years ago. No problems at all with the first van, minor problem with the second that was speedily and efficiently put right, and they supplied a loan van while it was. I've been very pleased to deal with this company, and very happy with the vehicles. Fred the salesman was friendly and helpful, finance was easily arranged and the vans were both well prepared and supplied absolutely ready to go. My experience is that you can buy with confidence from these guys, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I'll be back in a couple of years to upgrade again!

I got a van 2 weeks ago from Vansco, the service was great but I did have a small problem yesterday. Within a few minutes of me phoning my van was booked in for the next day and today a very helpful technician call Nigel had me back on the road within the hour, they even made me a Tea whilst I waited. Bought a LWB Ford Transit from Vansco recently under their Flexibuy scheme. The van was in great condition for the price. I needed it on the road quickly due to contractual obligations and this was catered for by Fred (sales guy) up at the Eastleigh site. There were a couple of minor issues which nobody could have noticed till you drive the van regularly which i picked up on a few days after i drove away. These were quickly and easily rectified by the after sales team. Decent van, good interest rate under Flexibuy, no hassle application procedure.
All in all im a very happy customer and would definitely return should my circumstances require it.

I came across this review area as I have purchased a van from these guys before and was looking to ask them to keep an eye out for me for another suitable van and px of my existing van. I thought I'd review as I was very surprised by the few negative reviews they've received. My experience was first class. Salesman was polite and reasonable. Having been turned down because of my credit rating I have found this Fleixbuy option online with Vansco which means I have now taken delivery of my Vauxhall Vivaro with a sensible deposit and monthly payments I can afford, I can return the van anytime or on the last payment I own it. This is very reassuring for me as when I returned my last van in 2010 I got taken to court by the finance company which ruined my credit rating . Thanks Vansco!

In response to two recent reviews that have attempted to damage our reputation, Vansco would like to have the opportunity to respond to the comments below i hope anyone reading the current reviews will take the time to read my response.
Howard Lee –
leased / rented a van through our GUARANTEED lease to buy product called FlexiBuy due to being unable to obtain finance. There was admittedly a couple of hours wait for Mr. Lee on arriving on site due to himself not confirming whether he wished to proceed and confirming a collection date.
Mr. Lee was given a copy of the hire agreement on collection and agreed to the terms of the contract but Mr. Lee unfortunately was unable to keep up the payments and became seriously overdue by a matter of months, we made repeated attempts to resolve the arrears with Mr. Lee but to no avail so we were left we no option but to reposes the vehicle.
So i hope that explains why Mr. Lee has made an attempt to damage our reputation by leaving a negative comment.

Purchased a Ford Ranger ( 4x4 ) pickup on finance, we offer a free delivery service all over the UK and Scotland on all purchase.
Mr. Edwards has made a comment that Vansco sell damaged repaired vehicles in an attempt to damage Vansco reputation –
All vehicles we sell / purchase are subject to a full HPI also all vehicles sold that are financed are again subject to a further FULL HPI by the lender.
All vehicles undergo a full pre delivery inspection before they are delivered or collected. Mr. Edwards contacted Vansco a few days after purchase as he was unhappy with a couple of cosmetic points on the vehicle.
Vansco offered to repair the vehicle at a local garage of his choice or we would happily collect and repair at our workshops back in Southampton.
We also offered to loan Mr. Edwards a courtesy vehicle for the duration of the works.
Mr. Edwards had put 1000 miles on the vehicle whilst in his possession so we did charge Mr. Edwards a small, nominal charge for this as i was informed it was parked up and not being used!
Vansco sell over 100 vans monthly statistically there will be occasions when vehicles develop problems but Vansco pride themselves on the after service we provide to our customers. All vehicles are subject to 110 point inspections and fully warranted on delivery.

I bought a car here at the start of the year, I love the car and wouldn't want to take it back which I told him from the start, but he told me it was serviced this year, swears he showed and gave me proof of that, yet I can find nothing, that he swears he gave me to confirm this, I don't suggest anything nasty here at all, but I did not appreciate the tone when I asked if any paperwork was left behind, saying why did it take me so long to ask this, which I know I did, as it took me a long time to recuperate (I'm disabled, which he knows) from the day, all but accusing him of something nasty, just because I asked a simple question, namely 'did any paperwork get left behind' as it was being passed around 3 people.
So I left it at that at that, saying I would look through all the paperwork again, to which he said get my wife to look as well, so I did, and nothing, I saw 1 entry in the service book that looked like it was 2019, but if you follow the logs they are all in turn, no jumping pages, with the last entry being 2015, the page before is a badly written 2014 as I have found out, and I suspect this was what he saw that led him to say it was serviced this year as the 4 could be confused with being a 9 it was so unclear, and now after a few hundred miles, the car says it needs a 'Service B' doing, making any service mentioned when sold very misleading, as the cars built in system holds a service record with Mercedes, and that shows something very different to a full history, which it was advertised as sold with.
But the car was falsely advertised with some items not being there, e.g. Sat Nav, the aftermarket unit certainly shows Sat Nav, but it appears to be a module that you can add to the head, which it has not been, and full service history (which he swears he gave me), and I don't appreciate the attitude I got when I told him this, and when I told him AutoTrader sent me the Ad for proof, he quickly quietened down, but I suspect every check box was ticked as opposed to an exact check for accuracy, but the service I can put to one side given the only entry I found that came close to it, but it was also sold as superb condition, yet the rear bumper had clearly gone into something with a bit of force, as it was heavily cracked which you could prise it apart with ease, but I was happy to take it like that, it's easily sorted, but I constantly said to him I don’t care if there is a problem, I just wanted to know of anything needed, as I didn’t want to get home and find soon after that the car does need something, which I could not afford on top of the price of the car which would make me housebound again.
Then after going through the points I had with him, he said he showed me everything, and should have known what I was doing, yet he is the trader who should know more, and with hindsight, when I test drove the car it was a bit nippy, so he put the fan on full blast to get some heat going, but he must of known about the excessive noise from the rear passenger area, as he told me he had been driving the car, but I have found that there is a loud sound of a fan on full power in the rear, even with the blower on it’s lowest setting, and the only time it stops is when the heater is turned fully off, so unless he drove with the fan on full blast all the time, he must have known it was there, I only go out once or twice a week as a rule, and this car has been a major learning curve for me with the features etc, so it’s taken time for all these little things to drop into place with me, but the trader expected me to get back to him much faster than I had, which is a very valid point with the time it’s taken me to get to grips with all this, and will still take longer before I understand it all more, so I didn’t appreciate the way he treated me after getting the car, but I don’t regret buying it.
