Very helpful guy on the phone and received ordered part quickly. Pity I wasn't greeted with a smile or eyes not taken off computer screen which was obviously more important than a customer, when I collected it. I felt I was an inconvenience. I recently moved to this area so too far to go to my usual branch. They were friendly and made they me feel I was a valued customer.

I had such a positive experience buying my car at Viking. All staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without ever being 'pushy'. Lewis was absolutely brilliant and ensured that the handover process was excellent. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Viking.

Helpful and friendly staff both in sales and anything else you need. Very small though and has very limited parking which is a curse of many car garages. They park so much stock that buyers can't easily get there to buy them! Always clean and tidy inside and they have good communication with customers. If you want a Kia go to Viking

After I bought the car I was told the registration on my name will be done a bit later by the office personnel. By the nature of my job I can't use the car for its purpose without logbook and when I left the garage with the car I made sure the person who served me understood that. After waiting 9 days and nothing came in my post I called the garage and I was told she was too BUSY to do that 2 minutes job. Wondering when this would be done without the call. I still don't understand why couldn't be done at the desk when I collected the car. PS: And something I didn't complain but because I'm NOT busy I'll write it here: the car came with a fresh service including a new pollen filter on the receipt which was not replaced. Bought it online and replaced it myself. UPDATED: Thanks to the owner for the response I decided to change the rating from 4 to 5 stars. I would buy again from this dealership.

I’m so impressed with Kia in West End. My car Kia Stonic (love it) was booked in for a service and MOT. My partner who has a Range Rover Evoque was having issues with the Range Rover garage in Southampton, booking in for a simple bulb replacement, they were quoting a week wait time. So, I rang Nigel the service department manager at Kia and asked if they might be able to change a bulb in the Range Rover. “No problem, he said, pop over when you bring your car in tomorrow.” Within minutes the light bulb was replaced, my very dirty car received a full complementary wash after its service all complimentary. Whist we were waiting, my partner thought he would take a look at the electric cars. He had provisionally put a deposit on a Tesla. A very nice, non-pushy salesman strolled over and my partner mentioned he was buying a Tesla. Normally, most salesmen would walk away, but not in this case, he seemed genuinely pleased and interested to hear the wonders of the new Tesla we had ordered. The salesman asked if we would like to test drive the Kia to compare both cars. Not sure what happened following that test drive, but my partner spent the next week on every comparison site, knew more about the features of the Kia EV6 GT Line S, and suddenly announced that he had cancelled the Tesla and was ordering the Kia …. I was pleased as we had saved £50,000! “It’s a great car” he said, but it seems that the after-sales servicing department in the garage continue to deliver amazing service to their customers. Who would have thought that changing a lightbulb on his car, could have made the switch in his mind to change to a garage that genuinely cares about their customers, and goes that extra mile for their customers

Dropped my 5 year old Sorrento for them to check brake shudder . They (correctly) informed me that the car had been fitted with non Kia disks and pads. (By the garage I bought the car from). They cleaned and refitted the disks and washed the car. Then charged me NOTHING! (I have asked them to fit the correct parts at next service.)

How a dealership should be run. Booked our Kia in as a warning light had come on. Tried to book it into the huge dealership with no joy and they were more than happy for us to run around in a car where we could be doing major damage to the emissions system ( where i can imagine we would have had to pay for the repair as we drove with a warning light on for 2 weeks waiting to get the car booked in) Phoned this dealership on the Monday car booked in for Tuesday part ordered and car will be fully repaired by the end of the week after finding out it was a sensor failure. Guess who will be servicing our car from now on. More than happy with the service and the extremely professional staff. Update. Car went back in on Thursday morning and was returned by 11 am fantastic service from start to finish

Bought a kia sportage .Steve in sales was great and gave me top money for my part exchange. Drivers seat had a slight tear.Service department booked me in within a week and reapolsted the seat with a new leather cover. I mentioned my clutch was slightly heavy and the car only had 38,000 on the clock.Although this wasnt covered by my warranty the lads persiveered and as a good will gesture(had the car for 5weeks)they managed to get me a new clutch,fitted and use of a courtesy car every time I dropped the car off. Just had an amazing experience at viking Kia in west end. After an initial delivery issue which was beyond the control of the guys at Viking, they have worked hard to make sure that buying our new picanto x line has been great. Kudos to Steve and the team, for sorting some of the issues that I caused with patience and a happy smile. (Sorry chaps). Now driving around in our new car. Couldn't be happier, would highly recommend. Addendum The new car was fitted with the wrong number plates which has caused us some insurance issues. And made the car illegal to drive. The team have changed the plates but a problem such as this should be impossible in thi day and age.
