I purchased a Volvo V60 on a 17 plate from these guys just 1 week ago. I dealt via a salesman named Justin Paul. He bent over backwards to help me with my requirements and I am very happy with the car. Such a good team to deal with. I would have no hesitation in buying from here again. They gave me a very fair p/x on my old Mondeo and delivered the car as promised from Southampton to Barnsley in South Yorkshire. Delivery driver was smartly dressed, knowledgeable and well mannered. I just love this car. Big thank you to all but especially so to Justin Paul and Richard the manager. Update on my review. As I live 240 miles away from the dealer I had a very minor issue. I booked the car in as requested by Justin Paul. When the work was done I paid the £95 repair fee and true to his word. I sent him a copy of the receipt and the payment went into my bank within the hour. Most companies will make you wait 5 working days. Not this team. I hope that one day I can do business with these again. I very highly recommend them.

Well with not having the best credit in the world i wasn't hopeful in getting finance on a newer car with better mpg than my old volvo for the high miles i do then found these guys. Spoke to Scott and after completing the checks I was accepted with the finance. Car was delivered from Southampton to Newcastle within a few days at no charge to myself and the first payment wasn't needed for a month. There was issue with faulty parking sensor and tyre pressure sensor but under the 3 month warranty was assured get it sorted and they would cover the costs. With how busy my work has been and not having time to get booked into a garage easily with my hours i wasn't in any major rush as it was just a warning that popped on the dash and went off so didn't effect the mechanical running of the car which was perfect. Nearly coming to the end of my warranty i got back in touch with them to get the problem sorted and booked it into the garage. I initially had to pay for the repair to get my car back as the warranty wasn't through ford but after forwarding the invoice to Scott the money was back in my account the following day. Now thats sorted I’m very happy and cant fault the service.

Just let me say: I have decided buy an used car to upgrade my lovely SAAB 9-3 for something newest.
