Top five star service from Ray who has been excellent in his approach.communication throughout, no request was to much for him. I'm not normally one for leaving reviews but today's experience was just amazing. The show room was as immaculate as a wedding boutique. The owner and the staff were outstanding with their customer service was spot on. He even came out to say thank you and good bye. I 1000% recommend this place we travelled just over 4 hours in total and it was so worth it, as soon as we got there the lady offered hot drinks. Thank you to all of you for such a great experience. Arranged to view a particular car. Never been in this dealership before - blown away by how immaculate the showroom is. The car we viewed was for a family member, second hand, but it had been detailed to such a high standard you couldn't tell it from new. Recently purchased a BMW F30 M-Sport Xdrive from the guys here at Anslow Autos. Great purchase!! My daughter purchased a lovely Corsa from Anslow Autos and the whole experience was a breath of fresh air. We were left alone to browse around the car without pressure and were given all the information asked for. The showroom was immaculately clean and presented all the cars for sale to their best. Purchased my BMW 430 from Ray in August. Car has been faultless so far. Ray made the purchase very easy & was never once put any pressure on myself to buy. He was extremely courteous when we met. Collected my new Mercedes tonight. Absolutely over the moon with the car. Even better than described & a very competitive price. I don't really give reviews however I had to give this review to Anslow Autos especially to Ray who had impeccable manner from the first time I spoke to him on the phone to the day I collected our new purchase. Travelling from Essex to Burton to view/test drive a car and going back on another day to collect the car involves a lot of effort but it was worth it .This BMW was Surprise for my husband and he loved every thing about the car after he had a test drive. So Ray made sure the car was specially prepared for collection. On the day of collection when I rang Ray that I was at the train station, to my surprise he offered to pick me up. What a treat? It was an extra mile they took to make me more comfortable and that showed me the level of support and trust they had in the cars they sell. We've had the car for 2 weeks and all good at the moment, drives like new. Thank you Ray and the team
