Cant recommend more, Richard and the team are really responsive and customer focused, they deliver a service that is aligned to the brand of cars they are selling. Overall the car was presented in a fantastic condition. The car had an issue, was picked up from london and returned and fixed efficiently and flexibly keeping my dynamic calendar in mind. Pre-owned cars will hold some surprises and you need some one you can rely on to react with empathy and speed, when issues come up and Richard and team gave me that confidence. One Year on after taking delivery of this stunning OG M2. I made an enquiry to the Brittle Group one Saturday evening and Richard was straight back to say car was still available, deal done on the Monday and Richard had it trailer delivered to my door, definitely recommend especially if your looking for something a bit special.

Second car from these guys. The first time around they were so kind and picked me up from the station, in the snow, even though it took us 45 minutes to get back. We were all still smiling. Hospitality in here is absolutely spot on! They have a really nice selection of cars all the time. No messing around here, they have better things to do than waste your time. They're also enthusiastic about their own cars which is a great sign. Put it this way, it feels like you're doing business with your mates

I decided to treat myself and started looking for an Aston Martin DB11. I was browsing on line and a great example came up under Brittle Motor Group. I enquired at around 21.30 on Sunday evening and was struck by a quick reply from the owner. The car is already on my drive, 4.5 days later! Very impressive personal service where nothing gets in the way of completing a good deal. Great insurance recommendation too! All in all this is what car buying should be like!

After selling my Bentley convertible that I purchased for my birthday last year I decided to look around and treat myself to a Rolls Royce for this years birthday. When I saw the Rolls Royce Wraith that was being advertised by Brittle Motor Group Limited it was love at first sight. I travelled by train to Stoke-on-Trent and was picked up by the owner of the company Richard and taken to view the Rolls Royce, it was everything I expected it to be and more which included the Wraith package. What a fantastic and enjoyable experience I've had with this specialist dealer when buying my Ferrari F430 Spider from Richard Brittle and his team. Nothing was too much trouble. The car is a superb example and in absolute pristine condition for a very fair price. The requests I made prior to purchase, for information and condition reports, were dealt with immediately and conscientiously. On top of this excellent service they also found a bespoke, personalised car cover and a cherished number plate for me. Just had the pleasure of dealing with Brittle for the purchase of my M4. Having dealt with a number of car sales people over my time, I had built up a natural sceptism towards the majority of what comes out of their mouths. However, I can in all honesty say this was easily the best experience I have encountered when buying a car. I initally contacted Brittle to register interest in the car, following which I received prompt responses answering all my questions and concerns. Richard, the owner, did not put any pressure on me to agree the deal and even offered to arrange the purchase and registration of personalised plates (which I took him up on). On pick up, my wife and I were welcomed at the offices and walked through the various documents in a relaxed, yet detailed approach. We were shown around the car including the workings of some of the more complex systems and then left to drive off happy. I will say that you can tell there is a genuine passion for the cars within Brittle and there is a desire to go above and beyond with customer service. I cannot fault the company.
