John has an amazing sense of customer service, unlike some other dealers I have sadly encountered. Excellent customer service, they actually do what they promise to do. If they say they'll call you back, they do. We had a slight issue with our Isonzo after handover which was sorted by them. I think this is a sure fire way of measuring good customer service. Their staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had dealings with John, Ray, Jess and Dale all of whom were pleasant. and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot thank John enough for reprogramming my Satalite dish for me today Saturday 28th August. What a great bunch of lads and girls. We put the caravan in for service this week and the Warranty was deferred because of covid which they honoured and replaced the bathroom window rubber seal under the warranty . excellent job thoroughly recommend them. 🌝👍👍👍

We were complete novices in buying a caravan when we went to view a caravan at Cara Motorhomes. We were met by John, who was great from the very start. Absolutely no pressure, we were given the keys and looked around at our own leisure. The caravan we purchased was well looked after and any small problems were promptly and professionally rectified. The caravan being picked up and dropped off by Cara Motorhomes. Its a pleasure to have done business with John, and we will now be using the company for our future caravan purchases and servicing. We entered purchasing a caravan nervous and doubtful but left being excited and looking forward to our adventures.
