Fantastic service from start to finish. Clear instructions on what I needed to do from my initial contact from Marc Banks in Hull as I needed to see the car I wanted brought to the Stoke depot. We went in knowing what we wanted to look at and the customer service we received from the beginning to end was brilliant. We weren’t pushed into buying the car straight away as we wanted to have a look at some other dealers to get all our options! Daniel was our sales representative and he is really pleasant, he went through all details carefully, he was patient with all our questions plus when we had both our young kiddies with us, he wasn’t pushy at all with the sale. We were there for over 3 hours going over things before we left for another dealer ship but then returned late afternoon because nothing compared. Customer service is key and Daniel and the car supermarket team at Stoke has got it in abundance.

As a family we were looking to swap our 2 cars to one . Daniel was amazing with his service and made everything as simple as possible. Had fantastic service from here and I recommend them based on my amazing experience! If you'd like to hear the TL;DR review, read on... So I needed a used car to replace my currant one and found the one I liked on Autotrader which linked back to Carsupermarket.com, I purchased it and the car was delivered about a week later after the usual checks and servicing. The car was as expected from description and pictures, after driving it there was an intermittent error code on the dash. One call to car supermarket and they allowed me to drive to a garage down the road and they paid for the car to have a full diagnostic report and to clear the codes within it's system. After driving the car another day the system would still throw a code on the dash so I arranged another trip to a local garage that I chose, with another full diagnostic report paid by Carsupermarket, the report unfortunately could not find an error so I did some digging on the net/forums and found some posts that echoed my situation, my particular vehicle and it's variants (VW AUDI group) had a certain issue within it's DSG 7 speed gear box from a certain year (now fixed on all variants). Anyone who had this issue could take their vehicle back to VW to have the faulty system replaced if still under warranty, my vehicle did not have this issue fixed so the error code would pop up periodically, it all comes down to a micro switch that is prone to failure. After learning this, and that quotes to fix this issue range from £800 to £1200 depending on the garage, I got back in contact with CARSUPERMARKET and asked if they would be willing to supply the repair kit (I provided the part No.) and I will do the work myself being competent in engineering. Carsupermarket (Stoke) was not only willing but ordered the part for me delivered straight to my door! This has been my first time buying a car on the net and, although a bit worried at first, my experience has been amazing and I am very pleased! Can't comment on the business itself (even though it surprised me being larger than I previously thought when just driving past) I actually attended a job interview here, most disappointing was the fact they said they would let me know if I got the position OR not. Over 2weeks later, never heard a thing! Decided to contact them myself, both interviews were either 'away from their desk' or 'on the phone', left my name/number with reception who said she would get 1 or the other to return my call, 3weeks later still nothing!! Very poor when it was them that said they would let applicants know either way. Hope they look after people who purchase cars from them better?!

Unfortunately we brought a car (probably not their fault) that has got a few issues. My biggest complaint is I just feel the after sales is very disappointing, you just get sent through to the service department and they leave them to deal with you once they've sold the car. Rather than trying to sort things out for you it's all up to you

I was looking to upgrade my current Qashqai to a newer and more efficient model. I saw what I liked online and called the company to find out more info. The online team wasn’t helpful, felt scripted and I kept on going back and forth with them as I wanted to Part/ex. They wanted me to buy a car without seeing it, which made me nervous. I decided to visit the garage and took a chance on the 3 hour drive from London. Charles was seeing a customer at the time and made us feel welcome whilst we waited for him with a hot drink. He then took details of the car we came to see and went to get it. Left us for a while whilst we looked around it and then went through our needs. Without Charles, I would have walked away! Great car and price. From the experience I received from this colleague, I would recommend again! Thank you

Well presented showroom and such a variety of cars to chose from. I had already picked one I liked from online (Bmw series 4 m-sport) and went I to discuss leasing the car and part ex of mine. They managed to source the car down from up north and get the price I was after. I picked the car up the day before lockdown and love driving it. It has to go in for a job to be done mine as I have terrible noise coming from the breaks when pulling away. Great news that it still under there 3month warranty because of Covid and places got closed. I’m sure it will be sorted and then no annoying noise.

The staff at Motordepot Stoke are really lovely. They were expecting my arrival at 2pm and came to greet me and offer a coffee as I stepped into the showroom. The part exchange was priced and sorted quickly whilst the new car was being valeted. I have bought cars from other dealerships where I have waited all day for the paperwork or car to be prepared. Or had to come back another day to collect. At Motordepot I was driving away in my new car in less than two hours. Superb!

We turned up on a Sunday morning to look at large family estates. We had a camping picnic table with us to get an idea of relative sizes. Julian was a great sales agent; with me, my wife and two daughters he was more than happy to let us look at several cars, from a great range, and was really good with the kids. We had a test drive of one we liked on a good local route while we were there. Ultimately, we went with a different car from a different dealer, but I would definitely return here if looking again in the future. One star off, but only because we didn't actually buy from them so can't rate the entire service.

A FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE I have always been wary of buying a car from a car supermarket but I have to say the experience on this first occasion allayed those fears in this instance. The initial two contacts by phone (second with Charlie) were fist class and the third with Gary was also very refreshing - not like some car dealers. I dealt with Dominic on both my visit to inspect and test drive the vehicle I had identified on the web and then when collecting it, and his service was exemplary - especially as he had only been in the sales arena a couple of weeks. Along the way there were some courtesy telephone calls either keeping us in the loop or confirming planned arrangements. The vehicle was in pristine condition - the valeting excellent - and the paperwork was all completed efficiently. Whilst some extra payable products were offered it was definitely not a hard sell (as is often the case). The whole experience was a pleasure, especially bearing in mind it was a 300 mile round trip twice (the second of my own choosing as a delivery was offered).I normally purchase from main dealers but if similar circumstances were to prevail in the future I would not hesitate to use them again. The family came away in our new (secondhand) vehicle very satisfied indeed so well done to all.

My review is over a year late as for some reason I couldn't find where to write one and since then I though the company had ceased trading but now discovered they had been taken over. I needed a low mileage VW Polo and found one when it was Motordepot. I came over to view it and wanted to trade my 2016 Polo as part exchange. Test drive was offered and all my questions were answered . I dealt with Karen who is still working there and she was absolutely amazing. She wasn't at all pushy and extremely polite and efficient . The whole car buying experience was a stress free pleasure as I hate dealing with car sales people and I didn't have to wait ages for everything to be completed. I would 100% recommend buying from your branch.

Great experience just spoilt by a very poor quality valet and valeters fighting. The staff here were absolutely great and the selection of cars was huge.I would have given five stars if it wasn’t for the valeters, they were shouting at each other, im not sure what was said as they were foreign but as i walked past i could clearly see saliva coming out of their mouths and going in each others faces. I was worried that violence was about to happen and i was relieved my child wasnt with me. The valet was that bad the car hadnt even been hoovered and still dirty, i did complain and the boot was hoovered but inside, the whole interior had barely been touched.I had a simple problem to solve but their garage mechanics couldnt fix it which was,a low tyre pressure warning light. The tyre kept going down which should have been a simple work out it being either a puncture, a leaking valve, a damaged wheel. I wrnt back about six times before amazingly they sent me to the main dealers to get it fixed. The told motor depot what wanted doing and amazingly they didnt do it to probably try to save money which resulted in more trips back to motor depot. In total ten trips to get a damaged wheel fixed.

Went to Motor Depot with no real idea of what car I was after but spoke to Charles who was massively helpful. Went through all the figures and showed me what I could afford along with some great advice. Previously went to Arnold Clark to look at a Corsa but felt pressured and the sales guy that I spoke to was very patronising so it was a breath of fresh air to speak to Charlie a couple of days after.
