Extremely impressed with my new car from Fast Lane, really high quality and immaculate. Faultless service from all of the staff, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everything from the initial car purchase, getting the car prepared/valeted etc was really smooth and hard to fault. Very friendly and non pushy sales approach, special mention to Ant who sold me my car, nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to ensure I was completely satisfied with the car and the overall purchase experience. 10/10. My first car purchase from Fast Lane and I’m certain I will be a regular customer now :). Graham the owner is a lovely chap and should be really proud of this level of service. Thanks again, Tom.

Had a car from these guys about 6 years ago and the service was great then all the staff were really helpful. Have been dealing with Graham recently as needed some steps for a Range Rover which he sorted for us and he also recommended a couple of things for us to do to the car to make it look even better. We went ahead and it looks fab and even better the cost was reasonable too. Graham was so helpful and friendly with us we will 100% recommend this company. Thanks again for a great service🤙

Bought an Audi a3 from Fast Lane Motors recently and would highly recommend them. Great service - I asked for a few jobs to be done before buying the car (cambelt/aircon etc). They sorted it all for me without hassle and were very friendly. Had the car a few months now and had no issues with it whatsoever so I can't complain!

I went in a couple of weeks ago looking to purchase a new vehicle as mine was getting a bit old and was clocking up lots of miles. I didn’t really know what I was looking for, but from start to finish the staff were excellent not only in their knowledge of the vehicles they stocked but they also did it in a lovely friendly manner! After such a fantastic experience I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a car!!! Thank you to all the brilliant staff at Fast Lane!!!!

When looking for my new car Fast Lane Cars was recommended to myself for both the cars they sell and customer service. I have been very pleased with both my new car and the customer service I received. As it states on the website Fast Lane were able to find the right used Jaguar to meet not only my requirements but also budget. I informed Fast Lane of the car, specification and price I wanted and within a short period of time I had a phone call informing me a Jaguar meeting all the requirements was in the show room. As buying a car can be a big decision, it was encouraging to know I was able to view, and test drive the car at a time which fitted in with my busy life style without feeling pushed and rushed into buying the car. Before buying the car, I was offered a second test drive ensuring I was making the right decision. In regard to my old car I was offered a very reasonable and fair price in part exchange for my new car. Once I had brought the car the outstanding customer service does not stop there. I have returned with the car to have a minor fault rectified to which a convenient time has been arranged to get this complete. I am very pleased with the products and the service which Fast Lane have provided for me and will continue to use my local, family ran business to buy future cars along with having all my services and MOT’s complete.

Kevin and the team at the service center deserve a big thanks from me for their recent efforts in getting my car back on the road after a blow out on the motorway. My car was returned to my home by the AA, i spoke to Kevin at 17:15 to order a replacement tyre, by 13:00 the next day my wheel had been collected, taken back to the garage and refitted to the car. Excellent Service! Thanks for your help. Very good purchasing experience with a friendly approach, and excellent after sales service. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Great garage and show room owned and run by genuine people. Have purchased 2 cars from them in last year. Both high end luxury vehicles at good used car prices. Did have a few minor faults with one of the cars but this was resolved without issue, including the use of a courtesy car whilst mine was being sorted. I purchased my Mini from Fast Lane. The after sales service is the best we have ever had. There were a few teething problems with the car and there was never any problem with them having the vehicle in. Even extended my warranty as I was feeling anxious. I have had three cars, my partner is currently looking for her second and my son has also purchased from Fast Lane. Why do we return, well that is easy to answer. We get the right deal from a company that prides themselves on traditional values. Fantastic choice of cars, their attention to vehicle detail and presentation is like buying direct off the production line. Members of staff cannot do enough for you. We live close enough to their service garage and all our cars are serviced at regular intervals. We have confidence that our next car from Fast Lane will be top notch again. Bought a Range Rover Evoque from Graham and his team and was given a great service from viewing the vehicle to collection. I had a couple of minor issues with the vehicle, faulty battery and CD player fault, but these were dealt with really quickly without any problems. Highly recommend a visit if your thinking of changing your vehicle.

I brought an audi from fastlane in Oct 2017. The sales team were courteous patient and very helpful as initially I went to test drive a bmw but on seeing the audi test drove both. As I was unsure which to buy, as both cars were immaculately presented and had no rattles or issues, they even offered,when I went back the following day that I test drive both again so that I was definite I had choose the best car for me. They gave me a good price for my part ex and the price I paid for the audi was reasonable. The car drives well and I have had no issues. This is the second car I have brought from them. My first was a grand voyager. That experience was also good and I had no issues with that vehicle either. Would recommend highly. The cars are always well presented to a high standard and staff always very helpful.

I bought a BMW 5 series which eventually needed a engine rebuild, but can't confirm till this day whether the garage sold me a car with a oil leak issue which was pre-existing or whether BMW who serviced the car had ruined it during routine enhancement work. However, the owner Graham @ Fastlane was excellent with helping me resolve the issue with the warranty company to put right under difficult circumstances. On my visit to fast lane motors I was struck that all of the cars for sale were in what I can only describe as new condition.
