Had a service and mot, booked it all online a week prior. Dropped the car off was greeted by the manager top bloke, good customer services skills made conversation and went through what would be happening and the times they expect it to be ready for. Told me expect a call around 2.30pm that’s when it should be done. Rang me at the time he said let me know it failed the MOT, I asked for a price and when they could do it for me, he had a price which was very reasonable and did the repairs that afternoon. So dropped the car at 8.30am it got a master service, an mot test and the issues fixed all on the same day, car was ready for me at 4.30pm. Definitely using them again as customer service was spot on, quotes were fair and never changed, also the amount of work they did in the short amount of time was brilliant. Highly recommend!

Had rear tyres here a while ago, no problems, good price, friendly staff. Decided to save on main dealer service price and try an interim service here. The price was good, staff pleasant, but found the following niggles that mean i probably wont be returning for future services; dropped the car off at 9 pre booked a week earlier, drove past 3 hours later to go dunelm and was still sat in the carpark garage empty. Was advised id get a call when ready, checked my number to make sure this could happen, i called them an hour before closing and was told it was ready, when i got there it was almost closing time, detected an air of them waiting on me to go home, a phone call was all it needed. When collecting the car the representative mentioned the service history in the idrive system, he then went on to advise if pollen and air filters hadnt been done they were due, this indicates the service history in the idrive hadnt been checked otherwise they would have easily seen the last major service was carried out by main dealer about 6 months ago. Then i was informed that the discs were slightly lipped but nothing to worry about, i then mentioned that the pads were brand new and fitted a few hundred miles ago, so i would change the pads and discs together next time the pads are due, he seemed not to be sure that the pads were new as though they hadn't been looked at. I paid online and the website stated that if specialists oil is required an additional 20 pounds would be payable, the service receipt says that specialist oil was used but i was not charged additional for it? This makes me question if specialist oil was used or not, or i got a good deal. Finally there was oil spilled on both front wings and left to dry, there was oil on the drivers side floor mat, and oil on the passenger seat. Overall not filled with confidence by the experience, i might try one more non main dealer such as quick fit as the savings are considerable, but if the experience is similar then back to bm it is.

Went for an MOT today. Arrived a few minutes late due to traffic but it wasn’t an issue for them. Did the MOT quickly and efficiently. First class service. Friendly staff, would highly recommend to all.

I was scheduled for two tires all seasons, but due to the fact that I had some serious problems with the car, I could not reach the service. The first time I asked for an postponement, but after I found out that the car could no longer be repaired, I went to the service station located in Hanley, where I explained what had happened to me and the man in the office understood the situation, took all the necessary steps and after about 3 days, I received my money back. Very understanding, fast and fair. Thank you very much and I recommend 100%.

I've been using this garage for years now and even though I've moved out of the area and live nearly 10 miles away, I still prefer to book in here if possible. Always a friendly service by knowledgeable staff who are happy to explain what's being done or needs doing and won't just take the easy option of making expensive, wholesale replacements if they can make repairs instead. Prices are good too, I've found that they're very reasonable about unforeseen issues that result in additional time and effort. I'd definitely recommend this branch.

Had my mot done today and reason I give this rating is after I had the fail slip I didn't feel that they wanted to deal with me much after. I didn't experience much friendliness off the main bloke but the guy who tested my car was nice. Don't think I will be returning as I felt a little uncomfortable with stoney face and peering through his glasses at me :( He didn't give me much advice either. Think as I said I didn't have alot of money they aren't interested in helping

Again, excellent service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. Complete confidence in them as a customer - rare in the motor trade in my experience. Trustworthy, very competitive prices and free WiFi in the customer lounge. Difficult to see how they could improve. Always my preference to deal with this company.

My partner took our car in for a re-gas on the air conditioning. The manager greeted my partner and he was dealing with the booked In job. He carried out the job and explained the the system didn't need re-gassing. My partner then phoned me to explain at which point the technician offered to run a diagnostic test to establish why my A/C wasn't working, turns out to be the compressor which is a warranty job. He then helped my partner resolve a refund, to which we're still in the 3-5 day waiting window. Unfortunately my partner didn't get the manager/technicians name but he was extremely professional and helpful, top marks for customer service

Recent had a full set of 4 tyres fitted - fantastic service. I have used Formula One for over ten years for tyres, exhausts, mot and servicing etc and I have found nobody else can beat them on price and if you book online there is usually an online discount code available. I have also only ever had great customer service from my local depot (Hanley), won't go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service from a young chap who explained and justified everything that would cost me something - which is rare for a garage to do, in my experiences! He even clocked that I had an interest in cars and explained the wheel alignment system to me, as well as pointed out how to tell if my wheel alignment was out & how to tell in the future if the tyres needed changing. Fully engaged in conversation with my girlfriend and I, and I totally felt that they'd done a good job! Will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone any day.

Great service, well priced. 2.10 Saturday afternoon drove my car out of my garage.. with a flat tyre. Changed to spare wheel. Drove 1.45 mile to Formula One. Booked in. Tyre punctured and knackered. New tyre fitted... Pleased with the price for a quality tyre, same as fitted. Drove away 3.30 There's never a good time to have a burst tyre but there's very often a bad time and it's always when you're in a hurry. These guys make a problematic situation so much easier. 5*

I was very pleased with the service that I received at formular one service center, but was disappointed when the Man who was doing the regas on my car Aircon came to me and informed me that the Aircon system had a leak somewhere and he could not continue with the service. Nothing wrong with the service that they provided, he was very apologetic and said that they do not do the repairs to the Aircon system there. I left and returned home, on the Monday I was very surprised to receive an email from PayPal stating that that Formular one had refunded the payment for the regas. I have given them five stars because I didn't have to ask if I could get a full refund they gave it without hesitation. Top marks in my book. Thank you.

Staff are honest, explain prices and will point out what is essential and what can be left for another time. i booked my tyres online which was easy, I also went for the free tyre alignment check and free washer top up, When I got there my car was taken in very quick and tyres were fitted within 45 mins, I saw them checking my cars alignment and they informed me that my tyres weren’t right which would cost me another £70 to adjust, not only that after leaving the garage I found out that they didn’t fill up my washers which they said they would do, since then I’ve been told that they don’t fill the screen wash up, apart from that all ok
