G. G.What a brilliant company!! Purchased a used vehicle from them in January after a no obligation test drive. Dale was very helpful, friendly and I was not pressured in any way. Given free RAC breakdown and warranty with my purchase. Had a couple of teething problems which were resolved by Dale with new solenoid and starter motor. A further minor issue was fixed by my local garage and promptly paid for by Dale.
I am very happy with my vehicle and can’t thank Dale enough for the work he did to ensure I had a good, solid, reliable vehicle. Thank you Dale for your patience, work, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits, for washing the Jeep every time and for just being a really good bloke who genuinely wants the best for people. I can highly recommend Hanley Motor Company.
A. G.Had my car in for a new clutch and a couple of other issues. Dale and his team were excellent throughout, from when I first arrived and was offered a coffee and biscuit before collecting the courtesy car. The next day I was kept updated with the ongoing repairs before collection ahead of the time I was expecting, will be using them for all my car needs going forwards. Car certainly runs like a dream compared to how it was, I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!
B.Had my clutch and flywheel done and a bit of welding by Dale and the guys here. Really friendly, honest and helpful. With very little notice they managed to get it done in less then 48 hours and beat anyone else on price, so I highly recommend and any work I need doing I’ll be returning. Thanks again guys.

E. R.Can’t thank Hanley Motor Company enough for being able to squeeze me in on a Monday morning! I had a fault with my car Saturday night (car purchased elsewhere) and my warranty with RAC not open to telephone call until the Monday morning. I called a few RAC approved garages who would not be able to fit me in for a few days, before I phoned Hanley Motor Company who arranged for the part to be ordered within the hour and squeezed me in. I was offered hot drinks and biscuits while I waited and I was able to continue my work from my phone and laptop. It was sorted really promptly and I was even surprised to a shiny car that they’d washed for me as well. They dealt directly with the RAC to sort cost under my warranty. 5* efficient service. Can’t thank you enough!

D.Finding it really difficult (during lockdown)to find the car of my dreams I asked Dale of Hanley Motor Company if he would be able to source me a Fully loaded, High spec, white BMW Series 3 estate. I gave Dale my budget and he sourced the car, thoroughly checked it and fetched back from London. All the paperwork and warranty were smoothly done by Dale, Sarah and their team. It couldn't have worked out better. It was a great, hassle free experience from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending Hanley Motor Company and giving them 5 stars! I spoke to Dale the owner their who arranged for me to test drive it and I loved how the car felt.
I rang back an hour later after agreeing to a great price Dale did for me to say Yes I'd like to buy the car.
The following day payment was sorted and Dale kindly took me himself to get the vehicle it's road tax.
Could not have been more helpful especially when I feel many garages see a woman coming and think they can sell you anything. I trusted Dale completely , I have a year's free breakdown cover with the RAC.
I would highly recommend you go and look at the cars in his showroom before you go elsewhere.
Now has the car two weeks and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
