Took my Volkswagen Caddy into JGA Staffordshire after an Arc Carwash destroyed my paintwork. Cant praise this company enough! I was told by another company that it would take 5 days and they didn't have a courtersy vehicle for me. JGA did it in 3 days and I was provided with a courtesy car. Jon was extremely knowlegable, helpful and proffesional. I went and visited him at his unit and he took his time out to explain all the products to me and advised me on the best ones. I went with a full polish and a CarPro ceramic coating. The van now looks like a brand new van! He even went the extra mile by finding my paint code, ordering some touch up paint from the Volkswagen dealship and removing all the stone chips from my bonnet. If your looking for someone to detail your vehicle then look no further this is the company you want doing it!

I am leaving a new review for JGA Staffordshire detailing as it's been over 4years now since I first met Jon and this business and he has done different cars for me in that time. If you are looking to your car professionally detailed to perfection then this is the place you should be booking in with, you may have to do this in advance but well worth it. Jon Gooding ( owner) will sort many things from wheel restoration and bodywork all on site so any repairs, within reason, can be done. In these past few years Jon has done a few different cars for me and it's included wheel repair, paint work, coatings,PPF. The list goes on but the results are excellent so I can't recommend this business enough. I am pleased to consider Jon a very good friend and his work is as always second to none. I would only trust Jon with my car because he is very trustworthy and excellent value for money but don't think you will get a quick wash or anything. This is decerning detailing for the person who expects excellent results. Now book your car before someone beats you to it👍👍 ..

Having recently bought a new car I was keen to get the paint work protected for peace of mind. I spoke to a few dealerships as well as independent detailing firms including Jon at JGA. It was apparent from the off he was extremely knowledgeable about the products, service and workmanship he provides which made my decision an easy one. I decided to pay a slightly higher price for a ceramic coating which was a 2 day procedure. Not only did Jon coat and machine polish my car once he had cleaned and decontaminated the vehicle, he also took off all the wheels and cleaned them as well. I was extremely impressed with the end result! Jon obviously takes a lot of pride in what he does and I would highly recommend anyone who is considering any sort of detailing work to pay him a visit. It was fortunate that I met Jon when I did. I'd bought an Alfa Romero Spider in need of some TLC to bring it back to what this future classic needs to be. I'd searched the web for car detailers and looked at their sites but none had too much appeal. One was very vague about what they really did and what the cost might be, another so full of their own importance that they seemed to have little concern for the client. (They certainly stated lots of spurious and wordy regulations and conditions!) I dropped in to a local alloy wheel refurbisher and noticed a sign for J-G-A next door. It was soon afterwards that I met Jon and I knew that this guy could and would meet my needs for the car. Jon has done a superb job. I cannot fault his work and dedication to achieving the best results. He always kept me informed about progress or minor issues that arose for which he found appropriate solutions. The result is that I have the car in the condition I was seeking to obtain. Jon is very open about costs and at the end of the day you do get value for money which is important. I would certainly recommend Jon to anyone who wants professional, high quality work delivered by a man who values and respects his customers!

Jon's work ethic is outstanding. He fully explains what needs to be done, how he's going to complete it as well as showing what he is going to use. He gets in to all of the little hard to get bits that normally get left. He then updates his website so you can see what he is doing. Once the work is completed he is happy for you to go back so he can show and explain the correct way of cleaning your car so it keeps the protection in the best condition. I will definitely being back when my car needs a reset on the protection.

It's amazing how many skilled craftsman we have here in Stoke-on-Trent. Jon is just that - a master in his field of car detailing - happy to offer up bags of enthusiasm and advice. It is rare to see a true craftsman at work these days, but this is what you get with Jon at JGA. He knows his products inside out and very quickly identified what was needed for my Porsche Macan. I left the vehicle with him for a week and he was even kind enough to allow me to use his loan car whilst mine was in his workshop. I was blown away with the results when I picked up my car. Even though I had recently purchased the vehicle from an independent dealer and thought that the car looked in good condition, Jon took it to another level. The treatments and coatings have taken the vehicle back to looking like it has just come from the factory and the ceramic protection will help me in keeping the vehicle looking in top condition. Had my Jaguar detailed by Jon at the end of July (there's a series of pictures on his Facebook site). Have to say that it is finished to the highest of standards. When I dropped the car off he said I would get it back looking better than when it left the showroom. He was right. It looks like a blue mirror!! Top job yet again from Jon, this time on my new to me 2014 Merc. SL400; the paintwork was really good but I decided to ask Jon to paint my brakes & hubs in anthracite grey to match my newly re-furbished alloys which were also finished in anthracite grey. Jon then finished the brakes, hubs and wheels in a CarPro DLUX Cquartz coating for protection. This is the second vehicle Jon has done for me, this time it was my "new" caddy maxi highline that had been stored by vw in some waste land by the looks of it since August 2015. The paint and plastics where in bad shape, Jon detoxd the paint and removed the over spray down one side. I opted for 1k nano on the paint and carpro ceramic coating on the plastics, wheels and all the areas with very thin paint. He also fitted some vw thick vinyl kick strips on all the doors. Cannot fault the work, very genuine and the attention to detail it is bang on.

I have used Jons services and advice over a number of cars including a Q5, 991 CS , S3 ( Brand New) , 2015 Defender and most recently a factory fresh BMW M3 Competition x drive . His work is immaculate and his advice and knowledge cannot be beaten . On the M3 he carried out a full review of what was needed for the car looking at used examples to decide where protection including protective film would be needed , he ordered and sourced the best products and recommended carbon guards for the wheel arches given the number of pings from them so far I am very glad I took his advice . You can have every confidence I Jon and his work and advice I simply will not consider going to any one else . Thank you Jon for your advice and work over the years Mark.
