The experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Stoke was fantastic. I had received both a call and text message prior to my appointment. The health check was emailed within a couple of hours followed on with a phone call to tell me the the car was ready for collection, perfect.

First class experience on 23/02/22. My requirements were fully understood, accurately costed and communicated to me prior to my service day. Gemma called me the day before to check that the car was still coming and explained what would happen. Rebecca was excellent in managing my requirements before during and after the service work. Colin the technician made a great video which gave an accurate honest reflection of the cars condition making me feel satisfied and confident in the work required. The whole process was easy from dropping the vehicle off to collecting after the work was completed, I even had a complimentary wash and vac. I paid in full for all the work including the cam belt and water pump change, brake fluid , minor service and MOT on the day. Because of the excellent experience at the dealership, I even took out a 2yr allin plan as recommended by Rebecca on the day for the next two years. I won’t hesitate to come back and would absolutely recommend this dealership to others based on a seamless experience. Can’t thank Rebecca, Colin and Gemma all enough really. If only all dealerships performed so well!

My car was booked in for a service and MOT and other significant work in order to comply with the service/warranty package Everything was completed as prescribed but the car still isn't running smoothly and has been back for a diagnostic which showed no faults so booked in for a road test next week. I have bought my last two cars from Johnsons Stoke both from new and have been delighted with both. I have used Johnsons Stoke for all servicing and repairs and have been highly satisfied. However, the last service they were unable to service the air conditioning and I was asked to take it back the following week, which I did. I was told that the servicing of the air conditioning would take 40 minutes, however, I was there for two hours in a cold servicing area. I asked why it was taking so long but the lady at servicing said she had asked but had no answer. Despite this I would still use Johnsons Stoke for servicing and repairs.

i was browsing nearby dealerships, namely: lexus nx, seat ateca, audi q5, toyota rav4. and end up volkswagen stoke, entered the showroom looking around, then the reception approach me and ask if i want an assistance, said sure: then i met MS. KERRY TELLWRIGHT. i asked some question and she responded with much needed info. we sat together then showed me all the details and information thru her IPAD, and she invited me to test drive the vehicle that i'm interested, that day. then cameback, sit down again, For me personally, i just want to know the facts, figures, etc. first before to commit, but i just learned that the build time would be compromised, it would not make it to april 1, sinced then thru the help of MS. KERRY the ordering process went smooth, she kept me updated thru emails, phone calls, and love the videos. On the day i picked up the car, she made an extra effort of making it special for my birthday. THANK YOU VERY MUCH MS. KERRY TELL WRIGHT. Being based out of Leicestershire, I had been looking for a VW Golf R for a few months, without any luck, when I thought I'd try my luck a little further afield. I thought I'd give VW Stoke a shout and this was the best decision I made. Straight from the offset, the sales team were extremely attentive and listened to my requirements, going the extra mile to give me as many suitable options as possible. Within a couple of days, they managed to source my perfect car and gave me a clear, and concise, breakdown of the superb finance package. With the deal secured with a deposit, Stoke VW also ensured that the colour contrasting spoiler, which I ordered as an optional extra, was sprayed and fitted with minimal fuss and delay. From the car arriving on site the extra work was carried out to an exceptional standard within a week. On arrival to collect the car, I finally got to meet Tom Fielding and Laura Parker, who had been helping me with my purchase. Unfortunately Sara Vaughan was on annual leave on collection, which was a shame as I wanted to thank her for her help too. These 3 provided an amazing purchasing experience, overseen by the branch manager, Dave Crinnion, who also came down to say hi and introduced himself to me and his team personally, which I thought was a great touch. Paperwork was completed quickly and easily, especially as the car needed to be registered from new while I was there, and Tom gave me an excellent run through of this technically advanced car. Driving out of the dealership, I was on cloud nine, not just because of the car but because of Stoke VW. I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to Dave, Sara, Laura and Tom, for really taking great care of me and my purchase throughout. It's rare to find such a big branch, of a major company, which take pride in their product and service, and this certainly showed here. Currently taking bookings to view vehicles and keep covid safe (excellent). Asked for a callback to arrange visit, but had to make follow up call to obtain one (not good customer service). Had 15 min delay for salesman to arrive (disappointing as no-one else in showroom), but when arrived was very helpful, friendly, not pushy and answered all questions with ease (excellent). Also asked in service department for a single replacement windscreen wiper for a golf, but was told I could only have a pair at £48 (overpriced and not environmentally friendly).

This dealership is a breath of fresh air to deal with. Jonathon Pointon dealt with the sale in a quick and efficient manner, being in a lockdown i was buying the used car blind and being in the trade this didn't fill me with confidence not to mention the fact Johnsons is just shy of a 400 mile round trip for me. Jonathon answered all my questions honestly and when I requested a detailed video of all the exterior panels it was sent without delay and was followed up by an email detailing the cars build sheet and service history. Upon collection of the car, Jonathon came in on his day off to personally hand over the keys which was appreciated and a nice touch. He was very attentive throughout the whole process. Booked 2nd car service through Stoke because their communication was better than that of their Stafford branch. The booking through Stoke was flawless, my call was handled efficiently by the service dept lady Emma who answered my questions knowledgeably and precisely. The quote was also reasonable too. I received two reminders in the lead up to the service by text and phonecall. The process on the day of my service was easy and well advertised, covid precautions easy to follow and customer friendly. I was booked in efficiently and warmly. My keys were taken and i sat down in front of the huge viewing window to await my service. Five minutes later and my car was already on the diagnostics equipt. The service was carried out by Vicky and from what i could see, very methodically and with care. My veh health check video was also clear, precise and thorough. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience and probably one of the best prestige brand service appointments i have had. Will definately use Johnsons VW Stoke again and would definately recommend.

Very good experience buying a car here with my aunt. We got her an Up! and she absolutely loves it, really good service from the team and the showroom is clean, tidy and very presentable. The only reason I cannot give the fifth star is because we felt a bit hounded by staff asking for 5* reviews, three different members of staff asked for a 5* review and it felt a little pushy. Visited Stoke Volkswagen on the 26th August with a view to buy a used VW Polo. The minute I walked through the door I was treated as if I was buying a brand new car I told Nathan what I wanted and he found me a car at their other VW Branch, he arranged for the vehicle to be sent to Stoke, it arrived on Thursday and I was driving away in it on Friday after they had done all the necessary checks that needed to be done. I visited Stoke VW and was introduced to Paul Yates who took his time to talk me through the details of the car that I was interested in. He told me what models were available for demonstration and gave me his contact details so that I could book a drive at a convenient time for myself and my wife.
