If you are lucky enough to buy a used car from these guys you can expect an absolutely honest service. I drove 150 miles to buy and collect a 4x4 I had been looking for for a very long time, they had the vehicle in a very good and clean condition for me,exactly as described (as I have found a rare thing when a vehicle actually matched its advertised write up) ready to put to work and were kind enough to call me later in the day to make sure my 3 hour journey home was good. Very helpful, I phoned the mobile on a Sunday to see if it was possible to view first thing on Monday expecting to leave a message but Kam answered and said he could meet me there straight away to view the van. Van better than described in advert, all paperwork correct. Left deposit and picked up the next day, Easy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate buying from them again and maybe asking them to source a vehicle for me in the future.
