I cannot recommend Kia highly enough! The service is second to none, always helpful but not pushy. Mike Buckley who was recommended to me absolutely knows how to deal with customers, he is knowledgeable, professional, and goes that extra mile to ensure you are happy with your car.
Trust me my husband does not like parting with his money easily. But we have now got 2 Kia’s a Sorrento which my husband loves and I had a Sportage 2 years ago (I really wanted an Evoke as my mum has one). The Sportage knocks spots of the Evoke so I have just had a new one and it’s amazing.
From sales, after sales, service and general availability for advice I must admit Kia are outstanding. All the staff are helpful and very pleasant.

Having just finished my shift I got into my Kia Sportage 2016 { which I have owned from new and now 51K miles} and had a problem with the electrics/ steering. I contacted the Service Dept at Ken Jervis Kia and they promptly booked my car in. The following day the Service Department called me and explained the problem and as I needed a vehicle for the day I was able to hire a courtesy car which I really appreciated and at a very modest cost .Next morning I received a text to say my car was ready for collection and best of all the repair was covered by Kia;s 7 year warranty .Thanks to all the staff at Ken Jervis Kia who offer a polite ,friendly service.

A somewhat awkwardly located Kia dealership but one that is seen daily by thousands of motorists as they pass by. The sensible ones, who are interested in purchasing a vehicle, should make it their first port of call! The staff are outstanding 🤗, being very pleasant, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble! During the occasions I visited, the showroom was heaving with people, but the staff remained welcoming and highly professional in describing and presenting both new and pre-owned high quality stock. I would recommend that anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle, make this their first 'port of call'. They are unlikely to be disappointed! "Location, location, location" - ne'er a truer word spoken!🚙
17/03/22… I might add that, today, I had cause to take my 15 month old car to be scanned for a minor problem. I had booked a courtesy car, which was essential. By the time I got home, they had diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and were arranging future fitment. Again, their employees were wonderfully polite and thoroughly professional, and it was nice to be greeted using my first name by the excellent sales representative who had sold me my XCeed PHEV, which I can thoroughly recommend.

26/05/22 UPDATE .... Attended the launch/promotion of the new Niro. Very impressive and well attended presentation with refreshments. Kia's updated range of vehicles continues unabated. They have something for everyone, of all ages and needs. No wonder they are 'wiping the floor' with their competitors.

I collected my car on Saturday the 13.02.2021. I sent an enquiry and I received a response first thing the next morning with all my questions answered and a lovely video of the car. I was so pleased with the service I received and the updates on the car with brilliant videos of everything for me. I can’t thank Mike Buckley enough he was an absolute star so helpful and kind and his videos of the car was fantastic. I’m actually from Manchester but I travelled down to collect the car and I think going forward when I’m next looking for a car this place will be my first stop. We had no intention of buying a Kia Sportage, in fact we were going to the VW dealership at Stoke football ground but as we were passing we stopped to have a look.
On arrival the salesman Richard Ashton (no relation) acknowledged us but left us to have a wonder around. When we started to ask him questions about the stock of cars you had in he soon pointed us in the right direction as we need an automatic car due to my husband’s knee problems. His quote to us was “this car has your name all over it” and how ture he was.
I have never driven an automatic before so was a bit wary but my husband drives an automatic at work (Tesco dotcom driver) so he was fine but after Richard arranged for us to take it for a test drive I was ok just have to remember to leave the gear stick alone.
After I grilled Richard over the Kia approved warranty, all the serving packages and the options which he explained to my satisfaction as i do know something about this with working in the motorhome side of the industry he left us alone to make up our minds.
Not at any time we were pressured to make a decision, he was there if I had a question but was not hovering over us. This made him the perfect salesman for us and we were very comfortable to buy from him and we would give him 10/10 for his professionalism.
We have taken out the service package which was explained by a member of your servicing team, this has given us the peace of mind that the car is covered for the next 3 years.
We would highly recommend Ken Jervis if you want a high standard of service with no pressure to buy.

Visited today, not really knowing what I wanted and was greeted by a lovely, charismatic gent called Rich. He was able to point me in the dorection of a model to suit my needs. I have just purchased a Kia Picanto Gt-Line and oh my god I bloody love it. it's my second car as I only passed my test 3 years ago and it's such an upgrade from my first car. The service I received was absolutely amazing, I can't fault any of it. The sales executive Mike was so friendly and welcoming, not pushy at all which I love. I hate feeling pushed into a sale. Everywhere was clean and everyone followed social distancing guidelines and there was hand sanitizer available. It was so quick and easy to buy from them and they have a budget maintenance package so I don't have to worry about paying for my service and MOT all in one go. 10 out of 10 for everything, thank you so much. We have just taken ownership of our Kia Niro 2 self charging hybrid; our transaction was handled very professionally and with the personal touch by Mike Buckley. This is our first hybrid but our not first car from Ken Jarvis. The whole buying experience is very customer focussed without any pressure to buy to meet sales figures. We received a general customer email advertising the Niro and decided to have a look as the deal at the time suited our needs perfectly. This is early days in the Niro experience and we’re getting the hang of the different driving and the excellent standard features. Around town locally today we have returned a mpg figure of 67.6; this is amazing. We look forward to many happy motoring miles that will keep more money in our pocket and less time on the petrol station forecourt.

After months of trying to find a decent Kia Sorento for the right price, we finally came across one at Ken Jervis. I rang during lockdown on a Saturday and spoke to Mark. After sharing some negative experiences of what we had previously seen in other garages, Mark promised that we would not have a similar experience and that the car we would be buying will be the best it could be. Living in Stockport and buying from Stoke On Trent without physically viewing the car was going to be a gamble. However we put our trust in Mark and the team and they certainly did not disappoint. We had constant communication from start to finish. We received a video of the car, due to not travelling to see it. Looked amazing. When we picked it up, what else could I say but amazing. The car is outstanding. Mark, Richard and Ian were simply amazing to deal with. Nothing pushy about any part of the sale. Simply outstanding service. The Towbar was missing a key. No problem, Mark contacted the previous owner and has posted them out to us. That really is going above and beyond. When we were ready to leave Richard gave us a lovely bunch of flowers. My wife and I have had our Kia cars serviced at Ken Jervis for over ten years and have always found them to be exceptional in every aspect of what they do but today when we went to collect my wife's Picanto following a service found the battery flat and the car boxed in by other parked cars.
They soon managed to jump start the vehicle and we only suffered a 30 minute delay.
They were most apologetic and embarrassed.

It all started with a leaflet advertising the new 21 registration vehicles and the fact that the wife didn't feel comfortable driving my Kia Sportage (which we brought from Ken Jervis 4 months ago) she picked up a chip on the windscreen when driving it for only the 2nd time and i wouldn't let her change any of the settings only the radio station lol.
Ann has to travel a 30 miles round trip each working day so we needed something better than the 07 Punto she was driving. We rang Richard Ashton with only 2 requirements, we didn't care what model or colour or how old it was but it had to be an automatic and have a cup holder for Ann's morning cup of tea.
Richard then us a link to a Rio 68 plate he had in stock which we viewed a few times and after 2 phone calls and one video she said yes to the Rio.
Richard dropped off the Rio today and we said goodbye to the Punto. It was the first time we had seen the Rio as when we dropped in to sign the paperwork it was having Diamondbite put on(free gift from the leaflet).
Everything that Richard said about the car in his video was correct and he has done it again and found the perfect car for our needs and has had to worked around a very trying and worrying situation and has kept us as safe as possible.
We really like the short video introduction to your servicing department as we have taken out the service plan on both cars and it is nice to put a face to a name.

Having had a fleet vehicle supplied to me by my employer for years and now switching to car allowance, buying a new car was something new to me.
Lots of questions I needed to ask and the team, particularly Rich Ashton, were top class. Great guys who arent up their own backends like you get with some showroom salesmen. Real down to earth team who are so easy to get along with. I did a lot of umming and arhing as I needed to get things right and Rich showed patience and a desire to educate and assist at all time.
There is no hard sell feel to the place. Yes it's their job to sell and I was made aware of all add ons but not once did any of the team make me feel harassed in obliging to anything.
Rich even bought me a bunch of flowers for making my purchase so I gave them to the Mrs and told her I bought them.....shes done my sandwiches for work for the first time in years!
As with any recent purchase, the proof will be in the pudding on the vehicle itself, which I only collected today. But having read the reviews for Ken Jervis and having dealt with this team first hand, I'm confident I have been looked after well. All being well, I could see myself dealing with these guys for the rest of my life!

Since the Stonic was released I have wanted one, today my dream has come true.

We have had our kia for 5 years now and have always gone to this dealership for all mots etc, great place, you can wait whilst they do the mot's and they give you a cuppa and a biscuit-not ordinary biscuits but a posh shortbread biscuit, awesome magazine selection and a business corner with free WiFi if, like my husband your company isn't aware you are using work time to get your car fixed!! All staff are very friendly and welcoming, I also had a great chat with one of the sale guys about dogs and which car and rubber mats are best!! I dealt with Garrie Moore and the whole sales experience was faultless and at no point did I feel pressured. There was no hard sell.
The car was ready on time, very well turned out and had all of the relevant paperwork; the flowers were a nice touch too.
I received a courtesy call a few days after the purchase to check everything was ok and was offered assistance with the wealth of tech the car packs.
Since purchasing the car I have contacted Garrie a number of times and the service dept and they both responded promptly to my follow-up questions.
I've raised a couple of minor points with Garrie and he has been very efficient and accommodating resolving them.

I took my car in for a service at Ken jervis Kia today it was an ok ish experience. When i turned up for my service It didn’t feel very welcoming the service lady didn’t smile and It took 1hr 40 mins to be offered a drink as I was waiting at the dealership for my car So the customer service was not very good in that aspect. I’ve been to few different main dealerships over the years and your greeted with a friendly smile and always offered refreshments some even go as far as haveing a daily newspaper to read while your waiting.
