Fantastic Service Being new to Caravanning i decided to go to a well trusted local dealer renowned for their customer and after sales service, I am so glad I did the glowing reputation of this company is well deserved. Sam made the purchase seamless with understanding and patience , ensuring that the van matched our requirements, nothing was an issue, he has been on hand for all my basic questions with patience and understanding..what he promised he delivered. The van had a full thorough PDI where not only did the bits I pointed out get rectified but new tyres, hitch pads etc were replaced by the service engineer , wow I knew I was onto a winner then.. Thanks Carl. Now to the finale, Trevor has the patience of a Saint his customer service is second to none, over a 2 hr period he explained all aspects of the van from lowering the window blinds to hitching the caravan onto my car, nothing was left unexplained, I have archived the videos for posterity… Trevor gave me the confidence that the following day we made our first outing, set up and packed away with no trouble at all.. Thanks Trevor you are ace…. The van was immaculate when picked up looked like a brand new van Thanks to this team.. Overall I would recommend Lowe & Rhodes to anyone that wants to have first class service from normal people who care passionately about the service they provide always taking jnto consideration your needs. We had an amazing experience from start to finish with both purchase and sale. Sam was friendly and supportive-spot on with taxing, tracker set up and invoicing. The "top bloke" award though goes to TREVOR. Sam has the sparkle but Trevor gives the soothing reassurance that all is well and your nerves will be calmed when you first put your van on the road. He made us endless cups of tea, was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about our new investment. We went looking on Sunday and by Thursday we had closed the sale of our van and took delivery of our new Bessacarr. This company and its staff are highly recommended by us. Happy motoring.😎

We have had a few caravans from Lowe & Rhodes and never once have we had a problem with the service or caravans we have bought from them they will do all they can to help you Paul is a really nice person as was his Dad Steve who has moved on now it is right the shop is on the small side but you could ring them to see if they haven't they will get it but it's still got a decent stock of the most needed things you could want. You could go and have a look for yourself you will definitely be made welcome.

After my last caravan purchase/service, at a large dealership near Preston, Lowe and Rhodes are a breath of fresh air. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, nothing appears to be too much trouble. The deal, with Peter was effortless, the handover, with Trevor was comprehensive and friendly. All the staff have been amazing and I will have no hesitation in recommending to friends, colleagues and fellow caravanners. excellent service from start to finish. Really honest and helpful staff. Very pleased with our new caravan. I managed to bump their car on the way out!!!(never towed a caravan before) and the most exciting day day picking my wife's new carravan up could of turned into disaster before we even left the forecourt. Luckily there was no damage to their vehicle but what what so amazing with the guys at lowe and Rhodes re fixed a few screws and sealant on the wheel arch cowling, made me feel completely at ease with the embarrassment of a school boy error and didn't even charge me. We had a laugh about it but tbh they went above and beyond to keep our special day picking the caravan up special. Thankfully we got home without any further incident, the way they handled it for me and my wife is an absolute credit to them. Thank you guys. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Well we have had a 5 star experience from here! We ordered our new van in October & was ready in February. Few problems found but no fault of Lowe & Rhodes, Swift manufacturer! As complete novices we started looking for our first caravan in March 2016. We did plenty of research and deciding on the layout we wanted. We visited another dealer and had quite a poor experience so decided to try Lowe and Rhodes. Steve and Paul could not have been more accommodating. As the model we wanted (a new Sprite Major 6TD) was not on site Paul made sure we saw a van with the same layout and one of the same brand so we could appreciate what we were getting. We were given plenty of time to explore the vans alone with no sales pressure. Once we decided what we wanted the ordering process was painless and the price was very competitive. The worst thing after ordering was the wait for the van but that was down to Swift not L&R and Paul was quite clear about the expected timescales. Upon collection I was given a detailed rundown of the van and how everything worked. I was also given a walk through of the paperwork and warranty arrangements. Another excellent experience. After running the van for a few months and having read a few forums about known issues with Sprite, I produced a snagging list and reported these issues to Lowe and Rhodes. All of the issues were manufacturer related. None of them cause by the dealer but regardless L&R could not have been more helpful. We arranged for the van to go in and not only did they fix everything on my snagging list but they also fixed some issues I hadn't even noticed. They also worked around when we wanted to use the van. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. As a result of the excellent service received I now always talk to L&R when I'm after new kit as I want to give them my business ahead of anyone else and they are always competitive. I rarely submit on line reviews but I'm so pleased with the service it's worth talking the time to write this. I couldn't be happier with the service I have had to date and would highly recommend Lowe and Rhodes.
