My only problem is I would prefer to have a courtesy car rather than collection and return! Collection and return ties my day up at home which is not ideal. My wife's VW car does not have this problem as VW still offer courtesy cars. I assume this is Lookers policy as under the previous ownership this was always offered.

I think if all vehicles were mini valeted and cleaned as part of the service practice, you then add to the experience and make a lasting impression on the customer that signifies quality.
In terms of the actual service of the vehicle, it is fair to say there was definitely a noticeable difference in a very positive way as soon as I drove the car off, which is reassuring. However, there could have been a more informed collection process, where the customer receives a mini debrief as opposed to your car is out on the front Sir and here is the key?
All in all a pleasurable and efficient service that could maybe fine tuned with a view to enhancing and developing market strength.

I've just taken delivery of a 2015 Mercedes C200 Sport Auto. This was bought 'at a distance' as Mercedes Stoke is some 130 miles from me. The Sales Executive was Graham Simms. The service and customer care from Graham and the team has quite simply been absolutely outstanding. At various stages in the vehicles prep for delivery I was provided with a good quality video to be shown around the car.
Even though this was a Mercedes dealer, particularly as I couldn't visit the dealership personally, and in view of the vehicle cost I thought it was still prudent to have a full RAC Advanced inspection. This was no problem whatsoever, requiring a modest £99 deposit to 'hold the car'. The RAC had complete co-operation and the vehicle passed with flying colours. Some nitty bitty things were spotted including some key areas where touch-ups were recommended, and replacing the out of date first-aid kit, but otherwise the feedback confirmed this was a very nice clean car that looked great & drove beautifully.
As there had been a break in Mercedes Service History a full B Class Mercedes service and an auto gearbox service and oil change were all undertaken with absolutely no fuss or debate, and the minor 'nitty bitty' things spotted by the RAC were all sorted with minor touch-ups done to a high standard. Bearing in mind this is a proper Mercedes dealer, the vehicle price was entirely realistic and MB Stoke were also able to include a 2yr platinum warranty for peace of mind.
Throughout, Graham was very friendly, personable, patient and understanding, fully appreciating this was my first Mercedes and the most I had ever spent on a car and he was just completely professional and supportive throughout. He made the distance buying experience a really pleasant comfortable 'journey', and at no time did I ever feel I was being placed under any undue pressure. On the contrary, Graham's goal was to deliver a top class customer experience and he wanted to ensure I was happy at every stage, which he absolutely achieved.
Communications throughout the transaction were excellent and any queries I had were answered immediately or the next day. The car was personally delivered to me on the day and time advised and looked and drove every bit as good as it looked in the videos and as conveyed by both Graham and the RAC. Vehicle preparation and valeting were all to a very high standard, and Graham even 'final checked' the vehicle over personally and took it for an 8 mile trip at higher speed prior to delivery (as traffic on the RAC inspection day restricted speed to 40mph). Upon delivery and via telephone, Graham seamlessly arranged the change of owner and the road tax. Even after delivery, Graham remained wholly approachable and was more than happy to answer/respond to any queries I had re controls etc. On several occasions I was thanked for my business which was 'valued' and I thought that was a nice touch.
I cannot recommend Graham and the team at Mercedes Stoke strongly enough and they thoroughly deserve my 5 star rating. I simply can't imagine I'd have had anything approaching the level of quality customer service even possibly from some more local Mercedes dealers to me, let alone a non-Mercedes dealer. I'm absolutely delighted with the car with the full confidence that I've bought a quality, genuine car from a top quality Mercedes dealership. Thanks again Graham for all your help throughout - you're a superstar sir!

Was looking at a part ex option to upgrade to a Mercedes e-class amg line. After sending a valuation request I was contacted by Graham who managed to organise a good deal for me especially as my existing car was in negative equity.
Buying a car remotely was a bit of a weird experience but Graham provided a round the car video tour and I was happy to proceed.
The car was delivered to me about a week after agreeing the deal and was lovely. Only slight issue was the windscreen had a large chip in it but after contacting Graham a complete windscreen replacement was paid for.

I usually receive a courtesy car when I've been to the Macclesfield dealership,but stoke told me they weren't offering any because of covid.i had one from Macclesfield last year even tho the virus was more widespread then.i had to use a taxi to bring my car in and to collect it later.also no video was sent to me,I've had one before telling me about tyre pressure and tread,I would prefer to see them changing the oil and oil filter as I have no proof that it has been done.i would also suggest an itemised bill showing the price for each job carried out and the labour charge as almost 400.00 pounds is a lot of money on service A which is a very basic service with the oil and oil filter being the only items that have to be bought.the hourly labour charge must be incredibly high but as it's not shown I have no idea what it is.

Poped in for a new map's SD card for my A class. Showroom looked very clean and smart, all the staff were wearing face masks and observing social distancing. Some very beautiful car's for sale, don't linger to long you'll be buying a car you probably don't want....or need, but what the hell treat yourself.
Just been in for a recall on my car 10/05/21 and I must say how very disappointed I was. The amount of staff AND customers not wearing face coverings was unexceptable. There was a sign when you walked in about wearing a face mask, hand sanitizer and more importantly not to shake hands, and what were some staff members doing?shaking hands with customers!!! This was not how to promote a safe, working environment or a safe environment for customer's, sorry Mercedes Benz but you fell short this trip in my opinion.

The young lady there, then told me the service manager said I should have gone the repair centre, not there, the other end of town. I've recently taken delivery of my Approved Used C Class coupe from MB Stoke and couldn't be happier. Not only was the car beautifully presented upon collection, ( any issues flagged up on the test drive had been put right as promised ), but the whole experience, from registering an initial interest in the vehicle through to final purchase, was unlike anything I'd experienced before and this is my third experience of dealing with Mercedes Benz dealerships. This is by far the best.
This is all because I was fortunate enough to deal with Karen Kelsall.
From initial contact to meeting in person, Karen was genuinely friendly and easy to deal with without being in any way ' pushy ' or trying to sell products that I may or may not need just to earn a commision, yet was courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout. I think that Karen really wants one to find the car that they want and to drive away happy, as I did. (As someone else has said, she really is an asset to your business ).
Although this may be a smaller dealership compared to some, I'd happily trust my car with them if possible compared to my local dealership whom I'm compelled to deal with due to geographical location ( different county ), and who I've dealt with for years as a ' loyal cusomer ' yet still receive an impersonal service.
Again, thank you Karen and thank you Mercedes Stoke. Look forward to dealing with you again, and as I've taken out a Service Plan, we may meet again
