Purchased a New Transporter - All Went Well! My purchase was handled by Matt Walker who understood the vehicle and myriad of accessories and options and guided me through the process. I was particularly pleased that he kept me informed of the progress of the vehicle build and delivery from Germany. He also arranged for a powered vent to be installed for then dog! He certainly didn't just take my order and disappear!

Thought we were booked in for a quick diagnostic check on a problem with new van...arrived 0830 Saturday morning and we hadn't been booked in (booked 2 months ago) but we weren't turned away! Thanks to Jack, who took great care of us. We did have to wait longer than if we had been booked in, but he managed to get the technicians to look at it for us. This was my second new van from Motus Stoke, and particularly Matt Walker. I casually asked about upgrading my last van whilst it was in for a service (early February) and whoosh, here I am now with my new 6.1 Highline 4Mo! The complete process from order to handover has been a pleasurable experience, expertly led by Matt. The van was ply lined and carpeted beyond all my expectations and I really have to thank Matt for his knowledge of customer requirements. Definitely recommend visiting Matt at Motus for your next new van! But, I can’t not mention the Aftersales and Service desk, with a special mention also to Melissa, thank you for your professional and knowledgable approach, service with a smile!

Bought a transporter in January, very impressed with it, though a couple of minor issues - hand break casing missing/radio reception not great, however these things happen and it’s how you deal with the problem.
