PS Motors in Stoke on Trent, are a small family run business, but their professionalism is really rather refreshing. From my initial telephone contact, to arriving to test drive one of their motors, right through to making the purchase, was a smooth and friendly experience. Honest, trustworthy and friendly, I felt comfortable that I was being sold a car by a dealer who was reliable, which in this day and age is a rare and beautiful thing! The assistance throughout the whole process was one of those "stand out" moments, far and few in-between given the society we now live in. I would absolutely recommend PS Motors, and have no doubt that as when I need to purchase another car, they will be the first to know about it : )

I recently purchased a Mini Cooper from PS Motors and I’d like to say what a fabulous place this is. Its a smallish place , which I prefer, and the service was brilliant. So friendly and relaxed and no corny sales patter. When we contacted them they always responded promptly and were so helpful. We visited many garages and this was by far the best in our opinion. Bought my Ford Fusion with 3 month warranty a month ago and it had a major fault. Rang Paul who sorted everything out and got it repaired and had back a day later. Now the car is running better than when I first had it. Brilliant service and will highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy a second hand car. To go here.

Went to view another car but Nissan purchased which had just arrived on site from auction. Paul promised to MOT, valet and have a couple of dings repaired. All nicely done ready for collection a week later and Paul arranged for us to have a new tyre (advisory at MOT) fitted at a local garage. Presented in excellent condition. Many thanks. Tony.
