We admired an automatic Toyota Rav 4 on the website, made an appointment with Nathan to see the vehicle and were very impressed. Nathan talked us through the difference between driving an automatic and a manual car, also the specifications of the Rav 4 and, once he'd inspected our car, was able to offer an attractive part exchange deal. The Rav 4 already had an MOT so Nathan arranged a service and said he'd have it valeted for us. We paid a deposit and are due to complete and collect tomorrow. Nathan was polite, helpful and professional throughout, he even allowed Riley our Springer Spaniel access to the showroom, despite the wet weather, brave man! A very pleasant and satisfactory transaction. Thank you.

I spoke with the manager and he was very apologetic about not receiving the message and straight away organised everything for me. He was good to speak to. One thing I hate when searching for cars, is the constant on your back salesman looking for his commission for the week and Andy was the complete opposite. He was polite and approached us to introduce himself and ask if we were okay before letting us know that if we needed anything he would be inside. The atmosphere made me feel comfortable to take my time, look properly and ensure I was buying the right car and I went ahead to purchase one with him. As this was my first time going through the buying process, Andy helped me to make sure I had everything at the best standard he could deliver to us and nothing was too much hassle. He said he would ring to arrange my collection date, which he did and I got my car as soon as it was ready. I had my MG on the motability scheme. They assured me of after sales support, which turned out to be non existent. Within a couple of weeks of having it I had to take it back where diagnostic showed a fault. Then the service manager informed me there wasn't anything wrong with it! Having received a phone call today from Simon, who has only been there since the beginning of the year, I'm hopeful that he will improve things. I understand he's transferred from Pinkstones Toyota, who I've had dealings with before and the customer service there was second to none. He clearly understands about keeping customers informed.

Fantastic customer service. I cannot fault them. Brought a car and found a fault with the windscreen. Rung them up. The warranty company wouldn't cover so pinkstones offered to pay for it. The windscreen was replaced to then find the repair man had damaged my car wing mirror. Denying all responsibility from Mr windscreen (when it was perfectly working normally before he came) pinkstones again booked me in for repair. All staff are friendly and helpful. Fantastic service. Car was discussed and fantastic expertise was provided in a no pressure environment. Car was finalised, documents confirmed and a date to schedule to collect in approx 48 hours. Collection was also hassle free in a Covid-19 safe manner. Cannot fault the service or the team at all and would happily recommend to all. Went with my son to look at a car here. Spotted it on Autotrader. Visited on a Sunday morning. Louise met us and assisted us with the viewing & we decided to take a test drive. After the test drive my son decided to make an offer which was accepted. The whole process was smooth, Louise & other staff very very helpful. Not a great environment as heating didn't appear to be on or working so was very cold on both occasions we visited. (this is the only reason for dropping the 1 star.) I recently bought a second-hand Toyota Avensis estate from another Toyota dealer. I quickly realised it had an intermittent electronic fault. Pinkstones were my nearest dealer so I took it to them. They fixed it by doggedly waiting for the fault to occur and tracking the affected component. This approach got them to the root of the problem and now I have the car I thought I had initially bought. We had to buy a used car that day (Saturday)! Some garages would have taken advantage of us or just said 'no' but we were guided to a car significantly less than the maximum budget and everyone bent over backwards to get the car ready and make sure that it was good. The car was handed over in less than 3 hours; fully serviced, immaculately presented, with the fuel tank more than half full and with a voucher for 2 free services! Two weeks later the car has been all across England and hasn't put a foot wrong. For a 23 year old we were looking for over £800 to hire a small car to take up the job opportunity she had and we would still have needed to find a car at the end of it. This way we got the car and saved 20% on the total it would have cost us. Great customer service and a good deal all around.
