We recently purchased a splendid Jeep Wrangler from Reiss James. From the first call to Leigh to the collection from Vicky the whole purchase was a pleasure. Accurate description, complete honesty and professional courteous service. A week after we received a call from Vicky to make sure the car was all we had hoped and that we were happy. These are a dealership with old school values sometimes lost in a fast sales world, there is no rush or pressure just decent honest people selling quality cars. I was meant to write a review for a while but just got the chance. I bought a Jaguar XE from these guys in July this year. What can I say the E2E experience from first enquiry to pick-up was amazing. Always a bit vary of buying cars from private companies rather than directly from dealers but this experience changed my view. Some minor issues with the car were repaired as I asked before delivery and all in mint condition. The car is running smoothly with no issues to date I did a part exchange with a car on finance they settled everything with my previous finance without any hassle or bother on my part. Really recommend Reiss James to everyone for great selection of cars and purchase experience. Specially, Leigh and Vicky who supported me with the purchase. Keep it up guys!

I bought a Porsche 911 from Leigh who was very helpful and very informative. I was offered a test drive and without the usual car sales pressure I cam back a couple of days later to deposit on the vehicle. Since then I’m very happy with the car. I wouldn't buy a prestige car from anyone else! Leigh and the team are not only enthusiasts, but really do want your ownership experience to be the best it can be. Zero pressure sales tactics and letting the car sell itself is the order of the day. I booked a test over the phone, arrived had a good 15-20mins on a decent circuit around Congleton that allowed me to see how the car was in urban areas, over bumpy cobbles and a dual carriage way. I had a minor problem with the car a few days later (100% a idiosyncrasy of Aston Martin's), but again Leigh couldn't have done more to help get it sorted. I'll be back in 2 years to trade in and get something else. Thanks Leigh.

Was a great car buying experience, Leigh and the team were excellent at every stage. Car buying under COVID might have been tricky but they were informative, helpful and very professional. I've got a great car, at a great price. They've got an amazing inventory of cars from real exotics to more 'normal' high-end cars and just 30 minutes from Manchester, they are well worth the journey.
