Thank you STOKE Landrover for helping out my wife with her Range Rover not locking, thank you for being concerned enough to fit her straight in & sort it. This is Customer Service, unlike Stafford Landrover who said they'll get her in on the 22nd February, then started quoting £180 per hour & could take anything from 1 hour to 2 days plus parts. So grateful to Stoke for their Customer service, compassion, professionalism & knowledge. Stoke Landrover we will see you in July when we will update our Range Rover with a new one . Thank you again

Recently bought a new Range Rover Sport from the Stoke dealership, the best experience buying a car I have ever had, way above any others. I was always kept informed of expected delivery date, which at the current time is something of a challenge due to Covid/Brexit etc, Rybrook are exceptionally good across the board. I live about 60 miles away and was recommended to them, I will recommend other friends to use them also. I had visited a number of other more local Land Rover dealerships before finding Rybrook, those others could learn a thing or two from Rybrook!

A refreshing change, I purchased a used Velar and found the whole process efficient and professional, on collection I discovered not only had they done everything I had asked but also fitted 4 new tyres which was a pleasant surprise. After a couple of weeks I had an engine warning light and a couple of other niggles, the car went back and everything was fixed promptly, they were polite and even fitted all new brake discs and pads foc. In my experience, with a variety of main dealers this is unusual, normally I find myself having to chase and argue my case relentlessly. All in all great to deal with.

I located a used Range Rover Evoque on the the Landrover used website on Wednesday this week, Response from the dealership was very prompt and informative. I viewed the car on Thursday evening Mark France - sales executive was very helpful by offering to work late to meet me. The car was in the exact condition as described by Mark over the telephone. Not great for communication and wouldn't trust them again after a bad experience. It is squashed in in an urban setting and not on a purpose built garage/ edge of town location like many garages tend to be now. Hence parking is difficult. Wouldn't recommend and wont return.
