No pressure Sales tactics, Excellent customer service and 1st class after sales support. A true family run business that they should be proud of. Brought a van from them. They delivered the van to my home address. The van broke down and they recovered the van and us. They dropped us off at home and took the van away. They got it repaired in super quick time and without any questions, at no cost to us. Customer Service at it's best from this family run business.

In fact we didn't purchase on the day. We purchased a couple of days later. Their was a small technical issue with the aircon that was fixed with new parts in a timely manner. I went to test drive a car from this garage i felt very welcome and comfortable during the drive and ended up buying the car from them there was a problem with a part on the car when they MOT'ed it and they couldn't do enough for me they got new parts for it and kept me in the loop what was going on. Signature cars have given me a fantastic service from start to finish. I bought a van from Nathan to use for work and nothing was to much trouble, he gave me a great price on the vehicle and also had the extras done for me like the van being lined out, I didn't have to worry about anything. Bought a car off Nathan and have had nothing but excellent service! I asked for finance and he was able to deliver on better terms than I expected and the car is great too! Runs great, full MOT and a warranty, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to him. Two tires came up as the only advisories on the MOT and I didn't even have to ask he just replaced them for me prior to collection. On the way to collect the car, the car I was driving at the time completely broke down around the corner so we walked upto signature cars and explained the problem and Nathan rescued the car there and then for us! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Bought a Ford Focus Estate from Nathan, and couldn’t be happier with the service. The car has been stood for a while before I bought it, and the brakes started to grind a bit, so he changed pads and discs without a quibble. There was then a problem with the battery - it’s a stop/start Diesel engine, and the batteries don’t like being stood for a long time, this was also rectified without an issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Signature Cars as a business, and Nathan as an individual. The previous owners of the site have coloured perception a little bit, but it’s not fair to blame Signature for their failings. Will definitely use them again.

Came here few weeks ago as I was passing by as I was heading to work had a good look around to see what they have got in and found a Renault Megane for sale. Spoke to the salesman Nathan about it and we made a good deal, deal was pay him £200 deposit on the car so it could have an MOT test, servicing and valeting. Once the work was done he phoned and said it’s ready to be picked up. I went after work that day and paid the final payment and drove off in my new car. Not one problem since. I found it an easy proses and I’m completely happy with my new car.

Proper sound guys. Not many garages nowadays put their name to a warranty it's all rac and they are worth nothing. Went to pick up my new car it had been serviced and valeted he even helped do my tax online as it was my 1st car. Low deposit and a straight forward pick up next day. Car is beautiful had all documents and info. Really pleased they made a stressful time suddenly very easy. Highly recommended.

Me and my partner both bought cars from Gill and Andy and I've got too say the service was great, they are really friendly and nice genuine people, there was no pressure on us to buy any of the cars 😊 good quality for the prices too and they both came with 12 months mot and a 3 month warranty which is a bonus, I had a couple of bits that needed doing on my car and with no hesitation they booked it in to get sorted and even dropped my car off to my house to me when it was done and they even cleaned the car again which was a massive help to me 😁 A massive thank you to Gill and Andy again for making us feel welcome, at ease and happy with our purchases, we love our cars and I will definitely be going to Signature cars Staffordshire in the future 👌 5 star all around 😊
