My experience at Staffordshire cars was just sublime. After paying a deposit on a model, the seller pulled out saying they had been instructed not to sell any of their demonstrators, due to a shortage in chips for manufacturing cars. Disappointed, I decided not to give up. Interestingly I kept on fervently searching & guess what I saw a dream car in the model & ‘spec’ I wanted & with a ‘tasty’ interior to die for. I instantly phoned up Staffordshire cars & a courteous polite business-like Gordon picked up. I told him that I was interested in that particular car & wanted to make a trip down. I phoned my pal & we set out at dawn the next morning & there standing in the entrance way, in gleaming interior & glistening exterior was a dream fit to take over from my equally stunning part exchange. Gordon was a delight to transact with, &, speedily we completed & had a very comforting 2 hr drive in a luxury car fit for Kings. Thanks Gordon, you are a rare business executive 👍🏽👍🏽

Absolutely first class experience purchasing my car from this company. They went the extra mile by replacing 2 tyres and servicing the car which I hadn't asked for and giving it a 12 month mot. They completed all the paperwork for me including the transfer of my private plate from my old car which was part exchanged at a reasonable price. Two very nice and professional people who deserve every success. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for making a potentially traumatic experience very pleasant. After owning the car for over a month I had some issues with the aircon, a new compressor and condenser were needed.I called to ask if it would be covered under the warranty as it was a substantial cost and I live about 90miles away. It was absolutely no problem I had the car repaired locally and the cost was repaid to me the same day by bank transfer. I can't recommend them highly enough and hope they continue to be successful.

I highly recommend this company. From the initial phone call to visiting their showroom, the service was wonderful. The car we viewed was the best example you could ever wish to get. Whilst we did not buy it, this was due to the car not being the right size for our needs. My husband should have done a little more homework first!
