Five star service from start to finish!! An amazing family run business that takes pride in what they do, and the time to support the customer without being overbearing . This is not the first caravan we have purchased from them as we have known them for many years. Steve knows to allow customers time to wander and look at their leisure offering support and advice with any purchase. Our caravan was delivered, sited and everything fully explained to us before he left us. Not many places offer such a complete service!! Would recommend Staffordshire Caravans in a heartbeat to any of our family and friends . Thank you Steve and all at Staffordshire Caravans 😀😀😀

Well ladies and gentlemen after calling other caravan dealers and getting no reply I seen a van at Staffordshire caravans. After 1 call to see if the van was still there I then took a trip to see it. Greeted by Paul first then his father Steve. Can I just tell you what great people these are genuine down to earth family. Steve on the day of collection had the van set up has though you was on site went through everything with me. What a pleasure it was dealing with Staffordshire caravans I certainly will be returning when I swap again and also telling family and friends this is the place to go many many thanks to all the family at Staffordshire caravans regards Keith that brought the cruiser.

Hi Folks, i dont normally leave reviews but steve and paul definitely deserve my positive feedback. We have just taken ownership of our new caravan that we purchased from Staffordshire caravans. I dont normally buy from main dealers because i find them to pushy, over priced and under deliver. But from first speaking to steve i knew this wasnt the case. We received excellent customer service. Delivered everything they say said they would and exceeded my expectations. The journey from first seeing our new van to collecting was seamless. No issues no problems and most importantly no stress. We have just bought our first ever caravan from here. I have to say I have never had such good customer service in my life. To say they go the extra mile is an understatement and such lovely, lovely guys. We came all the way from Scotland as they had the van we wanted. So glad we did. Our van is fabulous. As we are first timers, they booked us into a nearby site(paid for by them) so that we were nearby if any problems on our first outing. Took us there, helped us pitch up..took so much time to help and support us. I really cannot praise them enough. This was in addition to emails, phonecalls, providing a starter kit..so helpful. If you are going to get a caravan then go nowhere else but here..we wont go anywhere else.

We have known Steve and Paul for a long time they used to work in Victoria Road but they now own their own Caravan sales and repairs business at Ipstones Village, if you are a seasond carevaner, or new to caravaning or even thinking about it you could not find Two nice people they will always help you and their prices are very compatible. We have just bought a caravan from Steve and his lovely son Paul. We picked it up Sunday 13th June. Both couldn't help us enough, we were plied with tea and nothing was too much trouble. Loads of patience with us oldies lol. I would advise Steve and family to set up a little cafe because its ace to chat to the family and other customers. We have purchased a Sprit Major 4, a month ago excellent value for money and a very fair trade in. Steve spends time explaining the systems in the caravan. we are very happy with our purchase & highly recommend Staffordshire Caravans. Steve goes the extra mile. After putting in storage for a month we have just collected our caravan for a 3 day break & with being a different hitch & not used to it we had a disaster, the hitch came off ripping off both the emergency brake cable & the electric hook up plug. Not knowing what to do, it looked like our holiday was over, we called Steve, he was very busy but still found time to fix the van within an hour so getting us back on the road. 11 out of 10 for service & after sales service.
