It's easy to give a great rating when it goes well but I'm giving a great rating and it didn't go well. There was a problem with the car I bought but Stoke Audi took responsibility and sorted it at their expense. A big thank you to Kamil on sales and Sofie in service - they are brilliant. This is the best car dealership I've experienced and I strongly recommend them, especially in these unprecedented times where money is precious. In conclusion, I know that whatever the world throws up, Stoke Audi have got me sorted 10/10

5 Stars are not enough to show how well looked after I have felt during the whole sales and aftersales process of the purchase of my new Audi A3. Nathan in sales has shown total commitment to customer care from the initial phone enquiry I made, to handover and follow up. He has the ability to make you feel as if you are the only customer and not just another name on the target board. In a very short time Nathan and the team had my new car prepared and ready for collection. This is my first Audi following poor customer care and bad quality of a more expensive Mercedes that fell apart in only 3 months of being brand new. Thank you to all the team for your care and attention. UPDATE - Following a little issue with the car. The team went over and above to make sure I still remained in love with my new car. Distance was not an issue and I have to say this is a level of customer care I have never experienced before. Audi UK could learn a lot from you as to how to make customer satisfaction work. I recently visited the Stoke Audi dealership for a routine service to my vehicle. At all times the staff are very polite, knowledgeable and ensure that your experience is to the highest standard. The facilities are extremely professional and clean as is the workshop (which is competitively priced). I have visited several Audi dealerships in the past and eventually purchased my vehicle from Stoke. The reason I did this and will continue to do so is the levels of detail and professionalism I received from all members of staff I have come into contact with. At no time has this dropped and every contact made is always to a high standard. A brilliant service from the service team at Audi, since buying the vehicle I've had issues in regards to the SOS, parking assist and MMI but I cant fault the process that has been followed by the service department . Sophie provided an excellent display of professionalism and kept me updated on my vehicle and the stages of completion. I was informed that there may be a delay on the update and may take longer than expected but this was rewarded with a kind gesture. Id highly recommend the service provided, however despite the system issues it has drawn my opinion in terms of the technology used on these vehicles to a satisfactory standard. Neal Martin was our point of contact at Stoke Audi. He kept in touch with us throughout the whole process of ordering a new audit A3 as we had previously purchased an Audi A3 from the Stoke Audi. From the start of ordering a new Audi to choosing accessories, including the service plans and GAP Insurance Neal maintained regular contact via calls and emails and if I had any queries Neal responded within the same day with an answer and conclusion for these queries. He was professional and caring to myself and my wife (who is disabled). Refreshments were always offered immediately before each meeting took place with Neal. When collecting my car I was amazed by how Neal made me feel, as I felt like I was all that mattered to him as a customer. Photos were taken for social media and published on their Facebook page as this one of the things that makes me feel special. Neal showed me all of the functions within the car to ensure that I became familiar with the functions prior to leaving Stoke Audi. Neal also made me aware of the various contacts within Stoke Audi for example he showed me where the service department is as this is an area that we will be using with having the service plan with Stoke Audi. Neal made me aware of all other personnel who I could potentially need to speak with in certain circumstances. I contacted Stoke Audi in July 2021 to enquire about new Audi’s in stock. I was put through to Nathan in Sales and he took a few details and got to work looking for a suitable car. We tweaked models, budget, and spec, but Nathan remained determined and resolute to find us a good deal. A few days later we managed to find the perfect car - all the finance documents etc was done online which was easy and perfect. When Nathan wasn’t available it was easy to get an answer from the team (Thanks Ollie!). Collection of the vehicle was easy too - car was amazing and the whole process was efficient and I was in and out within 30 mins. I had a slight leak on my rear light and phoned Stoke Audi, in less than a week my car had been repaired and I was on my way. I was looked after by Chris who did a splendid job and kept me informed of the progress throughout the repair, and returned the car to me repaired, and cleaned inside and out in less than 2 hours. Service desk needs to work on their customer interaction skills and make the customer feel comfortable and special, especially when Audi is seen to be a premium brand. Every customer should be treated in this way whether they are spending 50p for a washer or £50000 for a car, or purely just needing information. Overall not particularly impressived even though my request was dealt without issues. The customer is king, this needs to be continuously drilled into front of house staff until its second nature. Thank heavens I didn't put my trust in Stoke Audi when purchasing my A4 or my wife's A1, there are many other Audi dealerships that provide a much more customer focused service where you are always welcomed and made to feel special.

A very positive buying experience. I collected my new Audi within 48 hours for agreeing a valuation for my old car. Took my sister to buy a used approved audi and was served by Alex Trew? (Female sales advisor) her service was quite literally the best that I have come across from any dealership. She made sure that we were entirely satisfied before we had left. She was very understanding and reasonable with all the challenges we faced and went out of her way to ensure the car was prepped and ready to drive away within a day. Nothing was too much to ask with Alex, i was very fussy with certain things and she just got it done without any back and forth. I wish all sales reps were as pleasant to deal with. My experience with Stoke Audi was excellent , although they could not provide the car with the extras I required initially . I even went to other dealerships to try and source the car but they kept saying I would have to order the car from the factory . Paul at Audi new car sales came back to me with several options to try and give me what I wanted .Even though many of the items I requested was covered I wanted a particular colour and spec which he struggled with .Eventually he came back to me after checking all stock to give me what I wanted completely in all areas .Because of the dates concerned we agreed a exchange date which was no problem to them and everything went smoothly through to completion .This was my third Audi from Stoke and I have no problems returning or them contacting me in the future if they have any offers which they believe I will be interested in .I prefer them being proactive rather than sitting back and waiting for me to do the first move .

I booked in my 2 year old, very low mileage (3.5k) A5 cabriolet in for a full service and was initially quoted what I felt was quite a high cost for the mileage and type of driving covered. I spoke to the service manager, Martin Scott, and after discussion of what was needed he agreed to do the service for a reduced cost. During the discussion I happened to mention in passing that I had had what I felt was a less than ideal experience with the Sales team a couple of years before. I was then handed over to Sophie Simmonds, who confirmed what was needed and checked the vehicle over. I was then called by Sophie a few hours later and informed that the brake fluid was due to be changed in 8 months and asked if I would prefer to have it changed now, since the cost would be lower. I agreed to have this done with the service. Sophie then called me back shortly after to tell me that my battery had failed its test. This was not too surprising since the vehicle is sometimes left for months without being driven. Although this was not covered by warranty Martin offered to replace the battery at no charge. The battery was not in stock so they kept the car overnight and agreed to call me the next day once the battery had been fitted, which would probably be about lunch time. Sophie then called me at about 11:00 to tell me not only that the car was now ready but that in view of the earlier problems the service, battery and brake fluid replacement would all be done at no charge. Sophie then offered to have the car delivered to my door, which was done within the hour. It was immaculate, both inside and out. When I telephoned Martin to express my thanks for the service I had received we discussed the problem with keeping the battery in good condition (I am away for a couple of months twice a year and don't really use it in the winter). Martin then offered to take the car in overnight before the summer and to ensure that the battery is fully charged and in tip top condition, again at no charge. I have owned over 30 cars in my time and can honestly say that the service I have received from Stoke Audi has never been bettered. They are extremely customer focused and efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience of buying a 66 plate Q5. The staff are very approachable, friendly and helpful, from the girls on reception (who make a great coffee) through the sales reps to the senior staff. I started negotiating to buy my car with Kamil K. but unfortunately he was off on the day I decided to purchase, so dealt mainly with Jacob O-D. Jacob resolved all the issues I had with the car and it was immaculate when i picked it up. Communication was excellent and Jacob went the extra mile and I will definitely be asking for him the next time I'm in the market for another Audi. A thing to note, after they have offered a part ex value drive straight to Arnold Clark (I went to Stafford) and sell it to them, easiest £750 ever. She also quickly organised a valuation of the car we had to put in part exchange. Her knowledge of the procedures involved in the proposed purchase was good and when there were any unanswered queries she was quickly able to consult with her colleagues to find the answers.
