Purchased an Audi Q7 from Top Gear almost 2 weeks ago. From day 1 of communication these guys were brilliant. I was in the middle of a house move so could not get down to view and test drive so they organised for it to be drive upto me in North Wales at a small cost. The finance package was put together before I'd viewed it and then it was drove upto me by Raz. Such a nice guy and a perfect 10/10 for his approach and very polite. He had all the right answers to my questions as well as very patient while I looked over the car (it was a Sunday). I would definitely use these guys again in future and would highly recommend.

We bought a minibus blind off this company back in March 21. They delivered it 160 miles to us to inspect. Always very cautious when going to garages to buy a vehicle now a days, but had a great experience. Took a van on a test drive Friday there was a fault on it but it get sorted straight away, went to pick it up and found a leak yet again it got sorted without any haggling or fuss. Saw my dream car on Tuesday evening on their website. Wednesday morning I called and spoke to Jaffer, who was really helpful. No pushy salesman's talk, just really polite and helpful. I had been looking to replace my Nissan with an Audi for a while and came across the A3 a few days ago. I asked a question about the car, the same evening I saw it advertised and got an immediate response along with a copy of the service history from (Mr) Jaffer. Sent photos of my own car the next morning and was given a very fair part exchange price. The A3 was given a fresh MOT the same day and delivered around 4 hours later (we live 50 miles away from Stoke). The car is great. Although I would have preferred to visit TGS first, instead of just purchasing it online, it has turned out very well. I was allowed to take it for a test drive when it arrived before making a final commitment. Throughout the process Jaffer has been very polite, helpful and professional with the process. The above review was written shortly after receiving the A3, but now almost 8 months and over 4100 miles later it’s going in for part exchange tomorrow. Lessons learned are never buy a car unseen online without the option to return it after 7 days for a refund. I had a 15 minute test drive around our village, with all it’s speed bumps and potholes to approve the car. It wasn’t long enough. Although it had a new MOT, a few days after the purchase I took it on a longer trip and noticed the back of the car felt loose. And completely different to the 2010 Audi A3 we’d had some 5 years before. Changing lanes going over just the white lines felt really unsafe. Both the original 2015 rear shock absorbers were shot. I changed them and it was much better afterwards but don’t understand why the MOT place didn’t pick this up. As for the rest of the suspension system the front end doesn’t seem right either. We’re jostled around on long trips and feel every bump and undulation on the road. Perhaps this is due to German cars being known for having stiff suspension but this 2015 A3 is the basic model and our our earlier 2010 A3 was far better. The 6 month warranty only covered the engine and gearbox which have both performed without problem.

Friendly and helpful service from Jaffer and his crew. I bought a Honda Jazz as a runaround for my wife a couple of weeks ago. At a good price, the car is in good condition for its age (58 plate). They even repaired a dent at my request. They delivered the car to my door a day earlier than forecast! I have since had the car serviced by my local mechanic who tells me it is in good running order for its car's age. Overall, a very good service, would recommend, would buy from here again.

Bought Toyota Prius hybrid 64 reg imported from Japan, Mr Jaffar (seller) did trust me for a 25% deposit he registered the car to my name while I was on aboard. It's been 10 days so far car is ok. Its come with One year warranty for gear box, hybrid system, battery & Engine. T&C is every 10000 miles I need to do service from Toyota dealer. Price was reasonable. Good and reliable company to buy a car from. I bought an imported car from this company, the car is just how they have described on the addvertisement. It took about two months to get the plate because the DVLA was too busy but at the end it was worth to wait. I will definitely recommand this company.
