Drove down from north of Manchester to the Stoke-on-Trent branch to look at a few specific cars. From the moment we got there, Alan the salesman was there to help and got us in one to look at. I hadn’t booked a test drive but he had no problem getting the car out for me to drive. Wanted to part ex my old one and he offered me a very fair price. Drove away the same day in a 4 year old car that was well worth the money, i would have happily paid more for such high quality cars. We had a very enjoyable experience buying our new car. Dan came out to us when we arrived and asked if we needed any help, but when we said we were just going to look around first he just said to come and let him know if we saw anything we liked; there was no pressure at all. We did see a few cars that we liked and he was very knowledgeable about them, answering any questions that we had, and being really friendly. We ended up buying an Insignia and taking it home the same day, fully valeted. I would certainly go back next time we need a new car - hopefully not for a while though - and I would recommend that anyone else in need of a car does too.

The service was fantastic up until I brought the car! The guy was friendly and very helpful and got the whole sale through and compelte in one day. Unfortunatly I found a few problems when I got home and when I tried to arrange a meeting was spoken to by a rude man on the opposite side of the phone practically saying I would have sort the issue out myself. The guy I had a quick conversation with at the yard wasnt all that helpful and when promised to have batteries sent through as both keys not working int he first week havnt received anything 2 weeks later, after 3 phone calls and 2 emails I've decided to just go and buy my own. There are a few cracks in my wind screen and I have concerns about water coming from under the car but after the little to no help I've recieved after the car sale I'm not going to even bother going back to them. Would have been 5 stars had they continued with the service they started out with.!

This was my first purchase of a vehicle from this company. All of the cars I saw at the Stoke on Trent site were incredibly well turned out including the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV that I purchased. The salesman demonstrated the vehicle to us, answered all of the questions we had, no problem at all. I would make one comment, supplying a vehicle with little fuel is unacceptable at any level, and electric vehicle even more so, why could you not have plugged it in and let it charge whilst we were on our way down? The battery in the key was also indicating flat on the dash. Will I buy again from them , if they have what I'm looking for at their great prices then yes I would.

Bought a 2014 focus estate from V12. The seller couldn't have been more helpful. I didn't understand something on the car so called them the next day and the help over the phone was great. Went back a week later to purchase gap insurance and was greeted warmly with a coffee. Will definitely look there first when the wife wanted a new car.

Right where to start! The staff were amazing over the phone and gave all the info I wanted to know. But after driving over 100 miles to get the car I picked things went down hill the car had just been washed witch was great but when I asked about some marks I found they didn't know how to answer. I said that in the images online it's showed the car with floor mats but they had been takun out so I've had to buy them myself after. I asked if the car had every been resprayed and they changed the subject. It wasn't until a few days after I got home I washed the car and found paint runs in multiple places around the car and the windscreen is damaged but was hidden at the time of sale. I wouldn't recommend part ex as they will give you nothing for your car the sales person even told me they've had 2015 plate and they don't pay out for them!

They didn't check that I had purchased the car I enquired about from their Stoke site. Even after I did advise them, I still got sales calls for 3 days after (2 to 3 times a day), despite repeated requests for the calls to stop. I recently purchased a car from V12. The process started with the call centre taking the enquiry and a refundable deposit to hold a car to view. I arranged all this abd was sent to there Hinchley branch to see the car. When i arrived i was greated with the "car is not here it is at the Stoke branch". We are sorry can we sell you another. This was after leavibg a £99 deposit on a car that was not there! I tried another car but it was not right. In tge middle of test drive i received a call from another woman to say the original car is at the Stoke branch do i want to go abd see it. I said yes. 2 hours later 100 miles north i fiubd tge Stoke branch, walked in and asked abiut the car i haf left a £99 deposit on and was told was in stock. I was told thst it had just been sold. At this point i was getting quite angry with V12. They looked around abd i spotted the car in tge yard Thank goidness it was still available! The sales team at Stoke were excellent after we got over the hassle... Moral of story is that the sales office who originally took the call did a very poor job of trying to sell a car. However Josh from Stoke branch direct took over and all was well after that. The sale went through smooth and i collected the car seversl days later. The call centre sales team need to get more organised and pass the call direct to a branch salesman who can look after the customer.

Traveled 172miles to pick up my car. my experiance was good but there is a few things that have annoyed me about this garage and thats why im giving three stars. The guys that work there and Alan who was dealing with myself are very polite and really nice guys the garage is well looked after and seemed pretty busy for a small dealership. I paid for my car with my own finance before i viewed it after speaking to someone from the head office he said that the cars are in good condition and a full service history have been in no accidents and have been looked over by the AA. Now this is the bit that annoyed me about the garage because the cars have been looked over on a 129 point check by the AA that they dont service the cars. When I got home and opened my service book I was shocked to find that iv spent 12k on a 3 year old car that needs a full service the last stamp on my book was last May 2016 and has done over 10k miles and no service this garage sells and claims these cars have full service history. So now ill have to service my new car after spending nearly 12k on it. My second issue is that it wasnt very clean looked like it was straight from the auction site there was still makeup on my sun visers that if i wiped it would come onto my hands. There is also damage under my front bumper that i will look at getting fixed if i had another car this car would have went back to this garage but this could be the dealership problem. There is also damage on my passinger door and bad scuffs. The guys that work in stoke are very friendly.
