I ordered a car with Bassetts and the managers there were dealing with my order kept me well informed throughout the process. I was a bit apprehensive as the dealership is based in Swansea and I live in London but the continuous emails and phonecalls from Ewan, keeping me in the loop, was incredibly reassuring.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to continue with my order and had to cancel. I contacted Ewan and he was patient, courteous and helpful in ensuring I was looked after.
Honestly gutted I couldn't continue my order as Ewan seemed to genuinely care and made the process thus far very easy and I was looking forward to a road trip, but perhaps next time!

Even the warranty work for my Nissan Navara, which wasn't actually purchased from them. I would highly recommend and if I do purchase Nissan again, I will definitely make sure I visit Bassets, it is certainly worth the extra drive from Cardiff.
