K. B.Absolutely bloody brilliant service 👍👍👍👍 I broke down, in Swansea and called Mercedes assistance and it was an engineer from Euro Commercials who attended. He turned up quite quickly and was really nice from start to finish. The fault, in this case, my alternator was diagnosed really quickly and a new one was sourced from Cardiff. It was then fitted really quickly and I was back on the road quickly. In the past I've had a bad experience with another dealer but these guys were great. Top marks 👍👍👍👍
P. R.I broke down in my Citan van on Friday 6th August on Pendine Sands Holiday Park.
I phoned Mercedes assist and they arranged for a technician from Euro Commercials Swansea called Paul to come out and try and get my van moving.
Paul phoned me as he was leaving his base in Swansea and gave me an estimated time that he would be with me.
Sure enough he arrived on time and jump started my van. I am ashamed to say that I only had a flat battery.
Paul was chatty and friendly and certainly knew his stuff and a credit to Euro Commercials Swansea
Many thanks to you Paul for helping us out and it was great chatting to you about Mercedes vans and other stuff.
We got home, later the same day, safe and well thanks to you.
d. l.Sales staff are not friendly would not rate them at all considering cost of doing business with Mercedes is extortionate.
On the other side of the coin the parts team and mechanics have been absolutely brilliant can't fault them for a second.
