I can't recommend Mazda FRF Swansea enough. The service given by Rhydian was excellent, very happy with my car - but most important, the after sale care was amazing. Even tough I live in the other side of the country, branch manager has been amazing at supporting when some minor issues have appeared. Also he has kept me informed all the time - unlike my local Mazda dealership ( but that is for another review). They are honest and reliable - which is something that is very rare in the auto industry.

Had Mazda's for 10 years now and I'm currently on my 5th one. Great service and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Waiting area is reasonable with TV, radio and free coffee. And of course free wi-fi too. Staff will drop you off and pick you up if needed. I cannot praise the workshop lads enough for always helping and advising quickly and accurately. Main dealership with little garage attitudes. Highly recommended!

I am now owner of a beautiful Mazda 3. These guys know customer service. From the moment we arrived there they were ever so friendly, professional and very very helpful. During the process of choosing our car, I cannot think of any questions they avoided to answer. They are very knowledgeable about their product, MAZDA. It took us 3 days to make our decision and finally purchase our wonderful Mazda3. Each time we walked in there the service was excellent. They always had smile on their faces. They helped us with so much information that when I chose the car I was confident this is exactly what I wanted. During the waiting time to get my brand new car, they kept me well in the loop. Their communication is very good. And whenever I had questions I was encouraged to ask questions. They don't take anything for granted guys when it comes to custome service. They are on top of their game. Once my car arrived they gave me even more support and showed us how to use the car (first time purchasing a brand new car for me) so this was very useful. Again they did this with professionalism and patience. Even to this day, although I do call Mazda helpline, I can still call them in Swansea if I have a question. They are always on hand to assist.
