I don’t normally leave reviews but was hugely impressed with the level of service provided by Land Rover at Sinclair, Swansea when purchasing my new Ranger Rover I travelled a fair distance to collect the car and they had everything ready for me to complete the purchase and get back on my way. The car was beautifully prepared and I was provided with a good demonstration of the vehicle controls before heading home. Particular Thanks to Carey Fraitis Emily and Maheen, who were super helpful throughout all the process and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you once again Carey. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have owned a Discovery 4 purchased from Stratstone Swansea for the last 18 months and had nothing but problems with it. It has been in and out of the service department and thankfully was covered by warranty. Eventually after 18 months I got fed up of driving curtesy cars and wanted to get out of this car which I am sure was built on a Friday by a person who was clearly in a hurry to get home :) Every time I have been into the dealership staff have been helpful and if Chris the business manager for used cars, who considering servicing isn't part of his job, has seen me, he has always made the extra effort to help me get back onto the road quicker. Between Richard (Dealer Principal) and Chris at LandRover Swansea I couldn't have asked for a better service as I am taking possession of my new vehicle tomorrow, despite the problems first time around, I have purchased from them again and will continue to do so in the future as faulty vehicles are not the dealers fault it is the way they handle the problems. Great garage to deal with, would highly recommend.

I am now the proud owner of a lovely Discovery Sport HSE which I took delivery of a week ago today .The Customer service I experienced was excellent . The girls on the front reception gave me detailed instructions on how to get to Landrover Swansea from the motorway - thankyou . Special mention to Bradley Forrest , Retail team leader who was excellent. He was personable,efficient, knowledgable, he listened and was not pushy for the sale . He was also there for the handover and has given full aftersales communication. A mention also to Clare who did the handover of the vehicle in detail and professionally. My only issue which I expressed to them - they need to sort the phone system which appears to go through to a call centre and communication is poor and very confusing and certainly made an initial bad impression.

A very genuine request over the website, its terrible . You cannot even gave an proper search for the vehicle that you want. It takes ages to return the search and gives you wrong results or dissent show any details. Imagine such big brand unable to pull up a simple basic search.

Couldnt have received better service! Daniel Gillman was friendly and efficient making the purchase of our new Discovery and transferring our registration plate an extremely easy and hassle free experience. The 'finishing' touches; a big black silk like cover over my car which was ceremoniously unveiled revealing my Discovery like it will never be seen again...clean! And a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Small things I know, but I loved it! I would recommend Daniel and Stratstone every time.

Trotz einer ausländischen Zulassung (wir waren in St. Clears in Urlaub) wurde uns ohne Rücksicht auf Feierabend und Ähnliches so lange geholfen, bis der Fehler behoben war. (Translated) Very friendly and helpful welcome. Despite a foreign license (we were in St. Clears on vacation) we were helped without regard to closing time and the like until the problem was solved.
