I recently purchased an Audi A6 2011 from Assured Car Sales. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Ian was very friendly. There was a minor issue but Ian sorted it all out for me. He even paid for the issue and sorted it all out with no problems. They told me it comes with 6 months warranty which is really helpful. I didn’t have any problems communicating with them, the team were very friendly and helped me a lot. I would 100% recommend these guys if you are looking to purchase a car, they will help you out and you will leave that place with an excellent experience.

Found the car on auto trader. Had no pressure viewing. Was left alone to test drive. That tells me that the company was confident with the car. They fixed the advisories on the mot and a service was done before I picked it up. 6 months warranty and 12 months breakdown cover. Very please. And love my new car

Again great service! Being made redundant and had to give the company car back. When I explained this to Ian, he bent over backwards to provide a quality used car. I've just bought a car from Assured Car Sales. When I arrived to test drive the car, it was a very hot day and the car had the air con on. Nice touch. I decided to buy the car and left a holding deposit and I was told the car would be ready in about 2 working days. Car was delivered with 12 months MOT, new tyres and new breaking pads installed and free AA basic cover for 12 months. (I upgraded mine and will pay £1 p/m for extra coverage) Received good customer service. When it comes to used cars, we can only hope it was well kept in the past and we keep it well.

Very friendly service, didn’t feel pressured. An issue came up, fantastic advice and help from assured car sales. Reassurance that they would help regardless, they delivered on their promise car fixed and told anything else they’ll sort and help. I loved the way they talk to people, made me feel very comfortable. Love my car, it’s fantastic. They have a fantastic variety of cars. I would highly recommend.

Extremely impressed with the service we received! Collected our Ford Focus Estate today and would definitely go back again. Nothing was too much trouble, full service and Mot done and even a new gearbox fitted. Great company would 100% recommend!
