Fantastic dealers! Honestly, we couldn't be more pleased. The entire experience, which was looking to be grim in the beginning due to the old car kind of dying, turned out to be a couple hours of fun, really. We had a good time inspecting and test driving a new car, lots of laughs during the notorious and unavoidable form-filling parts and a left in great moods! We saw they had a Jeep Renegade for sale - we were eyeballing them with the Mrs for quite some time now. My trusty Civic finally decided to retire and we were pressed to quickly buy a new car. I called them the next day and booked a viewing and a test drive for two hours later. We were looked after by Jack, a delightful bloke with a fantastic sense of humour and no-nonsense attitude. He happily answered all our questions about the car and pointed out a few things for us to consider due to the SUV nature of the vehicle. He gave us lots of space and time to look around the Jeep in peace and without us feeling like we're being watched. We opted to finance the car with a loan, which turned out to be straightforward and the entire process took maybe 30-40 minutes. The approval came in almost instantaneously. We couldn't pick up the car on the same day, because Carite hadn't received the V5C yet, but it turned up the following day and we drove the new purchase home.

I cannot thank the good folk at Carite enough for everything they have done for the wife and myself. The car, our new Jaguar, is absolutely amazing. It was well worth travelling from Denbury to Swindon and I reckon it was the best XJ on the market by a country mile. Super low miles and mint condition. Craig, who we spoke to initially, was so helpful and then Jack...well...such enthusiasm is seldom seen. He went out of his way to make the entire process so incredibly straight forward and painless. The guys gave us a good and fair price for our old Mercedes so, what more can you ask for? Oh, lets not forget Robin, their very own inhouse detailer...brilliant work done by him and he too is overflowing with enthusiasm. Do I recommend Carite?...too right I do.

Booked MOT here for the first time, was late due to traffic and was assured it wasn’t a problem. Rita ( who took the booking) was excellent, and all of the team greeted and treated me as if I’d been going there for years! If you’re not particularly local (as I’m not) it’s well worth going that bit out the way. All done very quickly with no fuss. Bought my BMW 3 series from carite in August last year, Tom and the team done their upmost throughout to make the service as convenient as possible and were very helpful. I recently had a problem with the car with the inlet manifold having a fault but this was covered under the warranty I was given with the price of the car. Craig was really helpful with this and sorted the warranty claim out for me while I was away with work. I can’t recommend Carite enough, their customer service and after care has been 10/10. I bought a beautiful blue Audi RS6 from the guys at Carite in June 2020. The team were relaxed, professional and not pushy. Allowed me time to inspect the car and ask lots of questions. Outstanding Customer Service Without going into too much personal details, my wife and I, decided that both cars would be sold rather than take them abroad. My wife's car was first to be offered to the open market, and within 15 minutes of advertising it, an offer from Carite was received, we had other offers from other dealers but after contacting them they all wanted to down play their original offers, not in Carites case, the offer they made was the offer they intended to pay. After a brief phone call and assurances given a day was set for collection, payment was made directly to our bank account and the car was collected when stated, no fuss hassle or drama, whilst they were collecting my wife's car I asked if they would be interested in mine, and to my great fortune they were. A price was agreed upon and a new date set for the collection of my vehicle, again no fuss or drama, payment direct to bank account all done with smiles and true professionalism. Rarely in the car trade business do you feel that you can trust car dealers, with Carite they are the exception to the rule. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carite for the buying or selling of your vehicle as I would be safe in the knowledge that if they treated you only half as good as they treated us you would still be doing well. Recently, we drove from Southampton to Wroughton to view a car. On the way we stopped in at Carite, as they had one similar to what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing the car there and then. We feel that we had a great deal with "Nathan", who was very helpful in all the process and transaction. Glenn went and collected the car the following week, and they kindly picked him up from Swindon Station. After getting the car home, we thought we had a fault, which turned out to be a setting on the car. Nathan and his Team had no quibble about coming to Southampton with a recovery vehicle, if needed, and taking the car back to put the fault right, but in the end this was not necessary. This gave us great confidence in their after sales service. We would well recommend this garage, even if you have to travel a distance.

After a less than impressive experience at one of Bristols main car supermarkets, we cast our net further and thankfully came across Carite in Wroughton where we had a hugely more satisfying and shark free experience! We initially dealt with Tom over the phone who gave an over the phone walk around of the car and have us an honest appraisal before we committed to the journey to test drive it. On arrival we could see the car was in mint condition as described over the phone. We were met by Tim who was very relaxed, he let our 7 year old son explore their classic sports cars whilst my wife and I looked around our car. No hard sell or predictable sales patter, Tim simply gave us the key and let us take the car out for a test drive. Impressed with the car, price and customer service, we were given a fair price px, put down a deposit there and then and completed the sale a week or so after. Sale completion process was thorough and Tom was very patient with my kids who were in a hyper mood when we went to pick up the car. However the unhurried test drive 'threw up' a rattle, and it proved to be a failed Cat. Nathan had it fixed by their local Garage (who he really rates!) and the car was perfect. Purched a lovely audi a5 in january 19 and i was suprised how much of a pleasant experience it was, very proffesional and helpful and not at all pushy unlike other used car sales i have used. If you need to get any kind of car go to this place because the people there are incredible and so helpful. My mum had been looking for a car on finance for up to 7 months now and because she has poor credit has to go through a third company and couldn't afford to put the usual £100-£150 deposit down to keep it for her so every time she went for a car by the time she sorted everything out the car was gone. When we went to carite she explained her situation and they were so great they let her put a £30 deposit down on the car she had always wanted and even put it through they're finance company first to see if it would be cheaper for her. You can go to them with any problem that you have and they will not hesitate to help. They definitely look after every customer well and truly.
